Company Introduction 合肥芯碁微电子装备股份有限公司系由合肥芯碁微电子装备有限公司整体变更设立的股份有限公司，于2019年10月23日在合肥市工商行政管理局办理完毕工商变更登记，取得了统一社会信用代码为91340100348841353K的营业执照。 公司专业从事以微纳直写光刻为技术核心的直接成像设备及直写光刻设备的研发、制造、销售以及相应的维保服务，主要产品及服务包括PCB直接成像设备及自动线系统、泛半导体直写光刻设备及自动线系统、其他激光直接成像设备以及上述产品的售后维保服务，产品功能涵盖微米到纳米的多领域光刻环节。 公司在微纳直写光刻核心技术领域具有丰富的技术积累，在系统集成技术、光刻紫外光学及光源技术、高精度高速实时自动对焦技术、高精度高速对准多层套刻技术、高精度多轴高速大行程精密驱动控制技术、高可靠高稳定性及ECC技术、高速实时高精度图形处理技术和智能生产平台制造技术等前沿科技领域不断投入研发力量，持续构筑和强化产品技术壁垒。发行人是光刻技术领域里拥有关键核心技术的PCB直接成像设备及泛半导体直写光刻设备的国产供应商之一。截至2020年6月末，发行人已累计取得71项国家授权专利，其中发明专利24项，实用新型44项，并拥有软件著作权13项。 公司直接成像设备及直写光刻设备，依托核心技术，性能卓越，科技创新能力突出，具备强大的核心竞争力。成立以来，发行人先后荣获“科技小巨人培育企业”、“2018年度中国电子电路行业百强企业”、“?创客中国?安徽省中小企业创新创业大赛一等奖”、“第八届中国创新创业大赛先进制造行业全国总决赛成长组二等奖”等多项殊荣并取得了“合肥市直写光刻设备工程技术研究中心”、“合肥市外国专家工作室”、“博士后科研工作站”等一系列企业资质。发行人产品先后获得“2017年安徽省首台（套）重大技术装备-双台面激光直写曝光设备Tripod100T”、“2017年第二批安徽省首台（套）重大技术装备-D1曝光机”、“2018年安徽省首台（套）重大技术装备-Acura280激光直接成像设备”、“安徽省庆祝改革开放40周年科技创新成果展参展展品-Acura280曝光机”、工信部、财政部主办的“?创客中国?中小企业创新创业大赛总决赛二等奖”（“圆片级封装直写设备研制项目（WLP）”项目）等多项荣誉。此外，发行人还承担了一系列国家级、省级重大科研项目，例如“6代及以上平板显示投影曝光技术”成功入选国家工信部2019年工业强基实施方案（第二批），“8寸晶圆封装直写光刻设备研制项目”入选安徽省战略性新兴产业集聚发展基地项目，“130-90nm晶圆制版光刻设备研制及产业化项目”入选安徽省重大科技专项等。
