Company Introduction 股份公司前身为青岛海泰镀膜技术有限公司，系由青岛海泰光电技术有限公司美国飞锐于2003年6月11日依法出资设立的有限责任公司。设立时注册资本为857.10万元。2003年6月11日，有限公司取得青岛市工商行政管理局颁发的企业法人营业执照，注册号为企合鲁青总字第011065号，营业执照编号为NO.0659388号。 2010年12月29日，有限公司召开董事会通过董事会决议，同意有限公司名称变更为青岛海泰新光科技有限公司。 2015年9月1日，有限公司董事会通过决议，同意将有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司，股份有限公司名称定为“青岛海泰新光科技股份有限公司”，10月23日，上会会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具“上会师报字（2015）第3723号”《验资报告》，10月30日，青岛市工商行政管理局核准此次变更并换发股份公司营业执照。 公司是一家自主研发能力较强的高新技术企业，主营业务为高端医疗器件和光学器件的研发、生产与销售。公司业务集合研发、生产、销售及售后服务为一体，主营业务由医疗器件制造业务和光学器件制造业务两大模块组成，其中：医疗器件制造业务由子公司负责开展，主要产品包括LED医疗光源模组、医疗内窥镜、医疗光纤和医疗光学适配器四种，产品主要应用于微创手术内窥领域。光学器件制造业务由公司负责开展，主要产品以客户定制光学器件为主，包括：光学滤光片、LED激发模组、荧光模块、激光光学器件、成像光学镜头和模组等。产品主要应用于工业激光、生命科学、高清影像三大领域。
