Company Introduction 西藏高争民爆股份有限公司成立于2007年6月，系原西藏高争民爆物资有限责任公司整体变更而来，为西藏自治区政府国资委下属西藏建工建材集团有限公司控股的重点一级子企业，是西藏自治区一家具备科研、生产、销售、仓储、运输民爆物品和爆破作业服务资质“全产业链一体化”国有控股上市企业。 公司于2016年在深交所挂牌上市，股票代码002827，简称“高争民爆”。公司位于西藏自治区拉萨市经开区A区林琼岗路18号，注册资本2.76亿元，注册商标为“移山牌”，公司业务涉及民爆产品研发生产销售、矿山开发、爆破工程服务、芯片模组研发销售、民爆设备研发销售、制氧设备销售、危货运输、安保服务等。公司是全国国有企业公司治理示范企业，国家级“绿色工厂”“科改示范企业”“高新技术企业”，西藏自治区“专精特新”“绿色工厂”“绿色供应链管理企业”“基层党组织建设示范点”“创新型中小企业”，拉萨市“绿色发展试点企业”“无废工厂企业”“示范智能车间企业”。入选中国爆破器材协会副理事长单位和中国民爆协会理事单位，牵头组建自治区爆破行业协会并成功当选理事长成员单位，获评西藏自治区国有企业“金牌”三优企业。 公司控股成远矿业开发股份有限公司，持有营业性爆破作业设计施工、安全评估、安全监理一级资质、矿山工程施工总承包一级资质、环保工程专业承包三级资质，主要从事矿山、工程爆破设计及爆破施工等服务以及开展矿山工程施工总承包服务。公司控股西藏高争爆破工程有限公司，持有营业性爆破作业二级资质、矿山工程施工总承包二级资质，主要从事多孔粒状铵油炸药和胶状乳化炸药的生产、爆破作业设计施工、土岩爆破工程施工、爆破工程施工监理服务。公司控股西藏高争运输服务有限公司，为安全生产标准化建设二级企业，主要从事民爆物品运输配送及武装押运业务。公司控股西藏高争一伊科技有限公司，专业从事电子雷管芯片模组研发生产销售、起爆系统生产及服务。公司控股西藏高争制氧有限公司，主要从事高原制氧设备研发生产销售安装及技术服务，第二类医疗器械生产和经营。
