Company Introduction 本公司系由成立于2007年11月的传艺有限整体变更设立。2014年12月12日，经公司创立大会暨首次股东大会决议，公司以其经致同会计师审计的净资产147,265,579.07元折股9,620.00万股，折股比例为1：0.6532，整体变更为江苏传艺科技股份有限公司，并于2014年12月18日取得江苏省扬州工商行政管理局核发的注册号为321084000033029的《企业法人营业执照》。公司主营业务为笔记本电脑及其他消费电子产品零组件的研发、生产和销售。自成立起公司始终致力于为下游笔记本电脑键盘制造商和笔记本电脑整机制造商提供高质量和定制化的零组件产品。本公司的产品为各类笔记本电脑零组件，主要产品系列包括笔记本电脑键盘薄膜开关线路板（MTS）、笔记本电脑触控板（TouchPad）及按键（Button）、笔记本电脑等消费电子产品所用柔性印刷线路板（FPC）。
