Company Introduction 2002年11月18日，蒋鹂北和王羡初以货币资金出资共同设立广西中人润建通信发展有限公司，注册资本为1,000万元。2012年9月14日，润建有限召开股东会会议，同意以经公司会计师审计的截至2012年6月30日的《审计报告》（大华审字[2012]4926号）中的财务数据为基础将润建有限整体变更为广西润建通信股份有限公司。2012年9月29日，广西壮族自治区工商行政管理局向润建通信核发了整体变更后的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号为：450000200010332）。2012年10月24日，广西润建通信股份有限公司更名为“润建通信股份有限公司”，并在广西壮族自治区工商行政管理局办理了变更登记手续，领取了名称变更后的《企业法人营业执照》。 润建通信是一家专业从事通信网络技术服务的高新技术企业，具备通信工程施工总承包壹级资质、信息通信网络系统集成企业服务能力甲级资质、计算机信息系统集成二级资质、信息系统集成及服务三级资质以及涉密信息系统集成乙级资质等，为通信运营商提供包括核心网、无线网、传输网等网络层次的通信网络工程建设、维护及优化等综合技术服务，为中国铁塔提供基站配套与铁塔的建设、维护等综合技术服务，以及为客户提供信息系统软件定制开发、集成等信息技术服务。本公司主要经营范围包括：通信信息网络系统集成甲级；建筑工程施工总承包；通信工程施工总承包；建筑智能化工程设计；建筑智能化工程专业承包；通信用户管线建设；计算机信息系统集成；机电设备安装工程专业承包；建筑装修装饰工程专业承包；市政公用工程施工总承包；安防工程施工总承包；钢结构工程专业承包；城市及道路照明工程专业承包；送变电工程专业承包；防雷技术及防雷工程专业承包；消防设施工程专业承包；电力承装、通信网络维护与优化；通信铁塔维护；网络托管业务；通信技术和产品的技术咨询、技术服务、技术研发；网络产品、通讯设备、通讯器材的开发、生产、销售及售后服务；通信设施租赁；信息系统的技术研发与销售；教学设备销售。（依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动。）
