Company Introduction 公司前身为深圳市深信服电子科技有限公司。深信服有限成立于2000年12月25日，由何朝曦、熊武、冯毅共同出资设立，设立时的注册资本为30万元。2000年12月5日，何朝曦、熊武、冯毅签署了《深圳市深信服电子科技有限公司章程》。2000年12月7日，深圳惠德会计师事务所出具《验资报告》（惠德验报字（2000）081号），截至2000年12月7日，深信服有限已收到其股东以货币出资的30万元。2000年12月25日，深圳市工商局核发了注册号为4403012057855的《企业法人营业执照》，深信服有限注册成立。2016年12月21日，发起人召开了股份公司创立大会暨第一次股东大会。公司于2016年12月28日在深圳市市场监督管理局正式办理了工商变更登记手续，公司名称变更为“深信服科技股份有限公司”，并领取了新的营业执照，统一社会信用代码为91440300726171773F。 深信服科技专注于软件和信息技术服务行业，主营业务为向企业级用户提供信息安全、云计算、企业级无线相关的产品和解决方案。公司致力于让企业级用户的IT更简单、更安全、更有价值，凭借十余年的持续创新、优秀的产品和服务，现已发展成为国内具有核心竞争力和市场领先地位的企业。目前，公司主要业务分为信息安全、云计算、企业级无线三大类。其中，信息安全业务是公司自成立以来的核心业务，也是公司报告期内营业收入构成的主要部分，主要产品包括上网行为管理、VPN、下一代防火墙、应用交付等。云计算、企业级无线业务是公司近年来的重点发展领域，云计算业务的主要产品包括企业云、桌面云等，企业级无线业务的主要产品包括企业级无线产品。 作为国内较早从事信息安全领域的企业，公司在我国信息安全市场具有较明显的领先优势，主要信息安全产品持续多年市场份额位居行业前列。其中，根据DC研究报告，公司上网行为管理2015年、2016年保持国内市场占有率第一；根据Frost&Sullivan研究报告，公司SSLVPN从2008年至2014年保持中国市场占有率第一，且根据IDC研究报告，公司VPN2015年、2016年保持国内市场占有率第一；根据Frost&Sullivan研究报告和IDC研究报告，公司应用交付2014年、2015年、2016年连续三年国内市场占有率第二，国产品牌市场份额排名第一；根据IDC研究报告，公司下一代防火墙在2016年统一威胁管理类别中的国内市场占有率第二。此外，公司上网行为管理、SSLVPN、下一代防火墙、广域网优化、应用交付等5款信息安全核心产品入围Gartner国际魔力象限，核心产品的前瞻性和影响力获得国际权威机构认可。 公司始终坚持持续创新的发展战略，重视研发投入，同时紧跟全球信息技术发展趋势、贴近用户需求，不断更新迭代既有产品和解决方案，孵化培育新产品。公司在信息安全业务的基础上，2012年开始陆续推出了云计算、企业级无线相关产品和解决方案，进一步丰富了产品线、拓宽了业务范围。凭借十余年深厚的信息技术积累和对企业级市场的深刻认识，公司的云计算、企业级无线业务取得了较好的发展成绩。2016年公司云计算的核心产品超融合在国内市场占有率排名第四，2016年入围GartnerX86服务器虚拟化基础架构魔力象限。
