Company Introduction 金陵体育系经江苏省人民政府出具的《省政府关于同意设立江苏金陵体育器材股份有限公司的批复》（苏政复[2004]20号）批准，由李春荣、李剑峰、施美华、王小波、徐锁林五名自然人于2004年3月25日共同发起设立的股份有限公司。公司于2004年3月25日取得江苏省工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：3200002102933），注册资本3,000万元。 公司主营业务为体育器材和场馆设施的研发、生产、销售以及体育赛事服务，主要产品包括球类器材、田径器材、其他体育器材、场馆设施等。 公司是中国体育用品联合会副主席单位、中国文教体育用品协会常务副主席单位，并曾获“中国十大体育用品品牌”、“中国体育用品行业二十强”、“中国轻工业体育用品十强企业”、“中国轻工业百强企业”、“中国100最具价值体育品牌”等称号。公司是科技部火炬技术产业开发中心认定的国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，是江苏省科技厅、江苏省财政厅、江苏省国税局和江苏省地税局联合认定的高新技术企业，也是《篮球架标准》（GB23176-2008）等15项国家标准及2项行业标准的主要起草单位，公司研发中心被江苏省科技厅认定为江苏省新型体育器材工程技术研究中心。通过不断的研发积累，公司逐步形成了自身的核心技术，截至2016年12月31日，公司已拥有111项专利，其中发明专利11项，并取得了2项软件著作权。公司拥有的“金陵”品牌具有较强的市场影响力及品牌美誉度。 凭借良好的品牌影响力、较强的技术研发实力、优异的产品质量及完善的配套服务，公司为2008年北京奥运会、2010年广州亚运会、2011年深圳世界大学生运动会、2014年南京青奥会、2015年第一届青运会、2016年第十三届冬运会、2016年里约奥运会、国际田联钻石联赛（上海站及布鲁塞尔总决赛）、NBA中国赛等多项重大国内、国际赛事提供体育器材及赛事服务。
