Company Introduction 公司前身为广东南方新媒体发展有限公司(以下简称“新媒体有限”)。新媒体有限由传媒控股公司以货币资金出资设立，成立时间为2010年7月12日，注册资本为1,000万元。2010年7月9日，正中珠江出具了广会所验字[2010]第10004230011号《验资报告》，对新媒体有限设立时的注册资本情况予以验证。2010年7月12日，经广州市工商行政管理局核准，新媒体有限取得了注册号为440101000117162号的《企业法人营业执照》。 2016年7月27日，新媒体有限股东会审议通过股份公司设立方案，以2016年1月31日经审计的母公司净资产213,715,988.92元为基础，通过净资产折股方式整体变更设立股份有限公司，其中75,000,000元折成股份公司股本75,000,000股、剩余138,715,988.92元全部计入资本公积。2016年8月12日，正中珠江对股本实收情况进行审验，并出具了广会验字[2016]G14041360218号《验资报告》，确认截至2016年8月12日止，公司已收到全体股东缴纳的出资213,715,988.92元，其中注册资本75,000,000元。2016年8月15日，公司在广州市工商行政管理局完成变更登记，取得统一社会信用代码为91440101558371900F的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司是全国领先的新媒体业务运营商。经广东广播电视台授权，公司独家运营与广东IPTV 集成播控服务、互联网电视集成服务、互联网电视内容服务配套的经营性业务。报告期内，公司主营业务包括IPTV、互联网电视、有线电视网络增值服务、省外专网视听节目综合服务、手机视频等新媒体业务。其中：IPTV、互联网电视为主要业务；有线电视网络增值服务、省外专网视听节目综合服务为报告期内新增业务；手机视频为报告期内曾经存在但报告期内已停止经营的业务。
