| Company Introduction | 公司是集祖代和父母代蛋种鸡饲养、蛋鸡养殖工程技术研发、种蛋孵化、雏鸡销售、技术服务于一体的“引、繁、推”一体化科技型蛋鸡制种企业。 公司主营业务为祖代蛋种鸡、父母代蛋种鸡养殖；父母代种雏鸡、商品代雏鸡（蛋）及其副产品销售；商品代育成鸡养殖及销售。公司的主要产品为父母代种雏鸡和商品代雏鸡及其副产品、商品代育成鸡，其中副产品包括鲜蛋、无精蛋、死胎蛋、毛蛋、二等母雏、淘汰鸡、公雏等。主要经营的蛋种鸡品种包括海兰褐、海兰白、海兰粉（中试阶段）、罗曼褐、罗曼粉，全部为国外引进品种。 公司历经多年的沉淀和发展，在贺兰山东麓及西麓建成闽宁、青铜峡、阿拉善3个高标准蛋种鸡生态养殖基地，下设6大养殖事业部，4座祖代养殖场，18座父母代养殖场；在宁夏闽宁、新疆五家渠、河南兰考、吉林长春、陕西三原共建有孵化厂5座；在河南兰考建有商品代育成鸡场1座；在宁夏闽宁智慧农业扶贫产业园建有年产20万吨蛋鸡消毒饲料加工厂1座。 公司目前是中国规模化海兰祖代、父母代种鸡养殖基地之一，生物安全水平、代次、竞争力均在中国蛋鸡制种行业中占有重要地位。 公司在多年的发展历程中，通过创新养殖模式、注重技术研发、提高管理水平、培育企业文化，践行生物安全理念。公司现为首批十大国家蛋鸡良种扩繁推广基地之一，首批国家两大禽白血病净化示范场之一，荣获“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业称号”，通过农业部畜禽养殖标准化示范场认定，宁夏“畜禽规模养殖场生物安全隔离区”认证。2020年2月20日宁夏回族自治区农业农村厅下发了《关于宁夏晓鸣农牧股份有限公司在闽宁养殖基地、青铜峡养殖基地建设蛋种鸡无高致病性禽流感小区和无新城疫小区的批复》（宁农（牧）发[2020]6号），2020年3月27日内蒙古自治区农牧厅下发了《关于宁夏晓鸣农牧股份有限公司建设蛋种鸡无高致病性禽流感小区和无新城疫小区的批复》（内农牧医发[2020]76号）。闽宁、青铜峡、阿拉善养殖基地蛋种鸡无高致病性禽流感小区和无新城疫小区的建设，将极大地提升公司生物安全水平。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
