Company Introduction 嘉益股份前身为嘉益有限。嘉益有限设立于2004年5月12日，设立时公司名称为“浙江嘉益日用制品有限公司”，由戚兴华与陈曙光共同出资设立，其中，戚兴华以货币资金出资208万元，出资比例为52%；陈曙光以货币资金出资192万元，出资比例为48%。戚兴华与陈曙光为夫妻关系。 金华金正大联合会计师事务所出具《验资报告》（金正大会验字[2004]第093号），经审验，公司已收到戚兴华、陈曙光的出资金额400万元。 2004年5月12日，嘉益有限领取了3307232002562号《企业法人营业执照》。 2017年11月20日，嘉益股份取得了金华市市场监督管理局核发的统一社会信用代码为91330723762512117A的《营业执照》，公司名称变更为“浙江嘉益保温科技股份有限公司”。 公司的主营业务为各种不同材质的饮品、食品容器的研发设计、生产与销售，主要产品包括不锈钢真空保温器皿（保温杯、保温瓶、焖烧罐、保温壶、智能杯等）、不锈钢器皿、塑料器皿（PP、AS、Tritan 等材质）、玻璃器皿以及其他新材料的日用饮品、食品容器。 公司经过多年发展，已成为行业内较有影响力的专业不锈钢真空保温器皿制造商，与国内同行业企业相比具有品质精良、自动化程度较高、研发设计能力强、产品线丰富等特点。在核心技术方面，在不锈钢真空保温器皿的生产过程中，水胀模具是决定产品质量和成本的关键点。公司拥有多项水胀模具技术，在提高产品质量稳定性的同时可节约不锈钢材料。在轻量旋薄技术方面，公司与设备厂家共同开发的旋薄设备可将 0.4mm 不锈钢材料杯体旋薄至 0.07mm，在行业内具有技术优势和成本优势，为公司近年来获取优质订单、 实现快速发展奠定了坚实的基础。在不锈钢真空保温器皿的表面处理工序中，公司的水性有机硅表面喷涂技术可实现不锈钢器皿的内部易清洗和抗腐蚀性能；自主开发的真空气染印技术可提高杯体表面印花图案的渗透性，使印花图案更耐磨、精美、色彩绚丽，同时减少生产过程中的固废污染，达到节能环保的目的。公司在产品表面处理上的以上技术形成了成熟的工艺流程和稳定的质量控制方法，吸引了很多高端客户群体，创造了较高的经济价值，提升了公司整体的盈利能力。 在智能化及健康化潮流背景下，公司也大力发展智能化产品及具有健康饮水概念的产品，除已实现量产的即刻显示水温保温杯产品外，公司还积极创新开发智能娱乐保温杯和具有抗菌、抑菌功能的不锈钢真空保温器皿，实现保温容器与智能领域的结合，满足消费者对饮水容器的智能、安全、环保需求。
