Company Introduction 公司主要从事通用汽油机及终端产品核心电子控制部件研发、生产及销售。通用汽油机是指除车用及特殊用途以外的汽油机，又称小型通用汽油机或简称通机，具有广泛的生产、生活用途，终端产品包括发电机组、农业机械（如喷雾机、水泵、插秧机、收割机等）、园林机械（如割灌机、草坪机、扫雪机等）、小型工程机械及其他机械（如沙滩车、高尔夫球车、雪橇、舷外机等）。 公司是目前国内生产规模、市场份额领先的通用汽油机及终端产品配件生产企业。根据中国内燃机工业协会小汽油机分会提供的证明，报告期内，发行人核心产品通用汽油机点火器在全球市场占有率排名第一，数码变频发电机变流器在全球市场占有率排名第三。2018年12月，公司被重庆市经济和信息化委员会认定为重庆市专精特新中小企业“隐形冠军”。公司获得中国内燃机工业协会颁发的“中国内燃机行业排头兵企业（2017-2019）”称号。 2019年6月，公司被国家工业和信息化部选定为第一批专精特新“小巨人”企业，系通机点火器和变流器细分领域唯一的首批国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业。 凭借产品过硬的质量、可靠的性能和稳定的供货能力，发行人与市场上知名的通机及终端产品制造商建立了长期、稳定的合作关系，报告期内国内外主要客户包括隆鑫通用、百力通、本田动力、雅马哈、江淮动力、科勒、GENERAC等国内外通机领域的知名企业。 公司自设立以来专注于通用汽油机及终端产品核心电子控制部件的研发、生产及销售,经过十多年的发展业已成为目前国内生产规模、市场份额领先的通用汽油机及终端产品零部件生产企业。公司通过自主研发率先实现了通用汽油机点火器国产化的突破，陆续为本田、雅马哈、百力通等全球通机头部企业供货，同时逐步在调压器、飞轮、充电线圈等产品品类上做横向拓展，并于2010年在国内较早推出了变频发电机变流器产品，把握住了通用汽油机变频化的业务机遇，并于2016年开始着手布局相关新能源产品。公司通机零部件产品类型达数十种，5000多款产品型号，是国内少数品类齐全的核心电子控制部件生产企业，已形成集全自动或半自动注塑、冲压、数控、电子贴片、插接、焊接、灌封、检测等于一体的完整生产链，可为下游整机厂商提供优质的一站式采购和品控服务。
