Company Introduction 2001年7月25日，庄志、张兴亮、蔡国方、苏琳、陈穗5人签订《北京怡和嘉业技术研究中心章程》，约定成立怡和中心，注册资本为人民币10.00万元。2001年7月27日，北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局向怡和中心核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：1101081313326）。2010年5月31日，怡和中心召开股东会会议和职工大会会议，经会议决议通过，怡和中心按照现代企业制度改制为有限责任公司，改制后变更名称为“北京怡和嘉业医疗科技有限公司”。2010年6月24日，北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局向怡和有限换发了变更后的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：10108003133262）。2016年8月8日，怡和有限召开董事会会议并通过决议，公司名称变更为“北京怡和嘉业医疗科技股份有限公司”。2016年9月27日，北京市商务委员会出具《关于北京怡和嘉业医疗科技有限公司变更为外商投资股份有限公司的批复》（京商务资字[2016]714号），批准同意怡和有限变更为外商投资股份有限公司，并更名为“北京怡和嘉业医疗科技股份有限公司”；2016年9月28日，怡和嘉业召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议通过了《北京怡和嘉业医疗科技股份有限公司筹建情况的报告》《关于整体变更设立股份公司的议案》等议案。 公司是国内领先的呼吸健康领域医疗设备与耗材产品制造商，主要产品包括家用无创呼吸机、通气面罩、睡眠监测仪、高流量湿化氧疗仪，并提供呼吸健康慢病管理服务。公司集自主研发、生产、销售及相关服务于一体，秉承―关爱到家‖的宗旨，专注于为以阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSA）为主的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（SAHS）患者以及以慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）为主的呼吸功能不全（RespiratoryInsufficiency）患者提供全周期（从诊断、治疗到慢病管理）、多场景（从医疗机构到家庭）的治疗服务整体解决方案，致力于成为全球呼吸健康管理的首选平台。公司持续围绕呼吸健康领域开发全系列医疗产品，产品线布局较为完善，已初步完成该领域覆盖家用、医用、耗材以及慢病管理平台的构建，各产品之间存在着明显的协同效应，满足患者全周期、多场景、系统化的健康需求。
