Company Introduction 上海汽车集团股份有限公司（简称"上汽集团"，股票代码600104）作为国内规模领先的汽车上市公司，努力把握产业发展趋势，加快创新转型，正在从传统的制造型企业，向为消费者提供移动出行服务与产品的综合供应商发展。目前，上汽集团主要业务包括整车（含乘用车、商用车）的研发、生产和销售，围绕"碳达峰、碳中和"国家战略目标和汽车行业变革趋势，全力冲刺"电动智能网联"新赛道；零部件（含动力驱动系统、底盘系统、内外饰系统，以及电池、电驱、电力电子等新能源汽车核心零部件和智能产品系统）的研发、生产、销售；物流、汽车电商、出行服务、节能和充电服务等移动出行服务业务；汽车相关金融、保险和投资业务；海外经营和国际商贸业务；并在产业大数据和人工智能领域积极布局。 上汽集团所属主要整车企业包括智己汽车、上汽乘用车分公司、飞凡汽车、上汽大众、上汽通用、上汽通用五菱、上汽大通、南京依维柯、上汽轻卡、上海申沃等。 2022年，面对外部更趋复杂严峻的环境，公司坚决贯彻"经济要稳住、发展要安全"的要求，努力应对各种超预期因素的冲击，众志成城、克难奋进，生产经营的韧性得到增强，创新转型的步伐持续迈进。全年，公司实现整车销售530.3万辆，连续17年保持全国第一；自主品牌整车销量达到278.5万辆，占公司总销量的比重达到52.5%；新能源汽车销量达到107.3万辆，同比增长46.5%；海外市场销量达到101.7万辆，同比增长45.9%，整车出口连续7年保持国内行业第一；公司率先成为中国首个新能源汽车和海外市场年销量"双百万辆"汽车集团。2023年8月，上汽集团以2022年度1106亿美元的合并营业收入，名列《财富》杂志世界500强第84位，在此次上榜的中国汽车企业中继续领跑。这是上汽集团自2014年首次入围前一百强以来，连续第10年稳居百强名单。 放眼未来，上汽集团将牢牢把握科技进步大方向、市场演变大格局、行业变革大趋势，继续深入推进"新四化"战略，努力提升业绩的同时，深入部署推进创新链建设，在全球汽车产业价值链重构的过程中，全力抢占有利地位和制高点，加快推动业务转型升级，向成为具有全球竞争力和影响力的世界一流汽车企业的目标大步迈进。
