Company Introduction 中国卫星是中国航天科技集团公司第五研究院控股的上市公司（SH600118)，公司注册资本11.82亿元，是专业从事小卫星及微小卫星研制、卫星地面应用系统集成、终端设备制造和卫星运营服务的航天高新技术企业。中国卫星列入中证500指数成份股。 公司依托央企资源，把握国家战略性产业发展方向，经过多年的不懈努力，现已发展成为具有天地一体化设计、研制、集成和运营服务能力，专注于宇航制造和卫星应用两大主业的企业集团，形成了航天东方红、北京恒星、深圳东方红等一系列知名品牌。在宇航制造领域，成功开发了CAST10、CAST20、CAST2000、CAST3000、CAST4000等多个具有国内领先、国际先进水平的小/微小卫星公用平台，卫星产品广泛应用于海洋观测、环境与灾害监测、对地遥感、立体测绘、科学与技术试验等多个领域，形成了覆盖1kg～1000kg小/微小卫星的公用平台型谱，现已成功发射了近180余颗小卫星及微小卫星。在卫星应用领域，公司充分发挥航天特有的天地一体化优势，将在航天器研制过程中积累的核心技术、核心产品应用于国防建设、国民经济建设和社会发展等领域，可为用户提供卫星通信、卫星导航、卫星遥感、云计算与信息安全、智慧城市、智慧医疗等多个领域的产品与服务，是国内提供天地一体信息服务的重要力量。 公司现拥有12家全资/控股子公司，研发和产业基地主要分布在北京、深圳、西安等地，截至2022年底，公司从业人员3909人，已建立形成了以高科技人才与经营管理人才为主的专业人才队伍。
