Company Introduction 宁夏中科生物科技股份有限公司成立于1958年，1998年5月在上海证券交易所上市。公司致力于优化资产结构、积极布局资本市场并购重组、积极探索多元化发展，下设宁夏中科生物新材料有限公司、宁夏新日恒力国际贸易有限公司、宁夏华辉环保科技股份有限公司等主要子公司。 2015年5月，上海中能企业发展(集团)有限公司成为公司第一大股东,引入先进投资管理理念，进一步激活运营机制，使公司步入更为广阔的发展空间。公司控股的宁夏华辉环保科技股份有限公司（华辉环保871487.SZ）作为国家级高新技术企业，在区、市政府的重点扶持下，充分发挥自身成熟的技术工艺优势，着力做强产业链，生产能力、工艺及科研能力均居全国前列，产品质量和可靠性能获得良好口碑。2017年5月，公司独家买断中国科学院微生物研究所具有自主知识产权的月桂二酸生产工艺新技术，在宁夏石嘴山国家级经济技术开发区建成年产5万吨月桂二酸项目及月桂二酸联合研发基地，进一步发掘下游产品高值化潜力。月桂二酸项目采用国际先进水平的工艺技术，生产成本低，生产所需原料易得，产品市场前景广阔，是国家倡导的绿色化学工业。公司拥有的第三代生物长碳链二元酸技术以满足无有机溶剂的水精制工艺为基础，从发酵配方，菌种代谢途径，发酵工艺，提取精制设备选型以及工艺流程等各个方面，进行了系统性的改进和提高，水精制产品辨识度高，与前代技术有着全方位的差别，符合国家产业技术政策，亦可创造丰厚利润。 公司一如既往地坚持品牌发展战略，以其精湛的工艺，先进的设备及一流的服务使产品为广大客户所信赖，造就良好声誉。现阶段加大力度提升活性炭生产销售水平及月桂二酸系列产品的生产和研发。公司积极响应自治区、石嘴山市委市政府号召，围绕“工业提质，绿色发展”这条主线，以引入高科技项目为契机，厚积薄发，研发与生产并举，实现技术优化升级和产业链延伸，提升企业竞争力和经济效益。秉持自强奋进、追求卓越的企业精神，向着国内一流高新技术投资企业目标不断迈进。
