| Company Introduction | 内蒙古北方重型汽车股份有限公司（北方股份）是我国专业从事非公路矿用车及其零部件研发、生产和销售的企业,公司于1988年由中外合资组建成立,现为中国兵器北重集团旗下A股上市公司，2002年入驻稀土高新区，占地近1000亩，建筑总面积11.8万平方米，员工总数840人。北方股份拥有我国矿用车领域唯一的国家级工程研究中心，特种车辆无人运输技术工信部重点实验室，是中国工程机械工业协会工程运输机械分会和中国汽车工程学会矿用车分会理事长单位，是矿用车国家标准牵头编制单位，国家级高新技术企业，是我国首批54家制造业单项冠军示范企业，2019年工业强基工程承制单位，2013-2022年连续10年入选“全球工程机械制造商50强”。北方股份具备年产1000台矿用车生产能力，可生产载重25—400吨全系列矿用车（含机械传动矿用车、电动轮矿用车、矿用洒水车、双动力矿用车、纯电动矿用车、氢能源矿用车等）。北方股份系列化产品广泛应用于冶金、煤炭、有色、化工、建材、水电、交通基建七大矿业领域，遍布于国内外数百个大型露天矿山，特别是在长江三峡工程、黄河小浪底水电工程、金沙江溪洛渡水电工程等国家级建设项目及国家能源集团、国家电投集团、华能集团、中铁建集团、中广核集团、中水电集团、鞍钢集团、海螺集团、华润集团、紫金矿业、江铜集团旗下各大矿山开发中发挥了重要作用。北方股份国内市场占有率80%以上，国际市场拓展至67个国家和地区，销量中国第一、世界第三,近几年成功进入澳洲和欧洲两大全球矿业高端市场。北方股份坚持走矿用车专业化发展道路，秉承“借力、借智、借势”“共生、共享、共赢”的发展理念，以“互联网+”为纽带推进数字化转型升级，致力于研制全球性价比最优矿用车，坚持为用户提供智能化、定制化的产品和服务，通过建有遍布全国、辐射全球的完善服务网络体系，提供矿山运输系统解决方案，实现产品全生命周期运行成本最低和客户价值最大化。近几年，北方股份尤其在智能产品、智能制造和智慧矿山方面走在行业最前沿。2019年北方股份自主研制的载重110吨的无人驾驶电动轮矿用车NTE120AT顺利下线，标志着我国成为世界第三个进入无人驾驶矿车研究领域的国家。2021年成功研发全球首台45吨级纯电动矿用车TR50E，2022年成功实现全球55台纯电动矿用车在海螺集团所属三个矿山、9台纯电动矿用车在华润集团所属一个矿山工业化运行。2020年由北方股份与北京理工大学联合研制的我国矿车的首个智能化中央控制系统成功运行，实现了对整车所有运行情况的远程监控服务，北方股份成为目前国内矿车领域最早推出智能化系统平台的企业，并且完全拥有自主知识产权。同时行业首创的矿车远程健康诊断服务平台正式上线，帮助北方股份实现车辆运营管理的数字化、动态化、远程化控制，实现车辆的安全、油耗、维保等全方位管理。在智能制造方面，北方股份拥有产能达到世界第三的矿用车生产车间，拥有机械轮矿车车厢、电动轮矿车前桥、后桥、车厢四个智能机器人焊接生产线、盘制动智能组装生产线，正在加快电动轮车架智能机器人焊接生产线等柔性智造生产线的实施。在智慧矿山建设方面，北方股份是我国无人驾驶矿车和智慧矿山建设国标制定的牵头单位，已经实现在包钢集团、海螺集团、国能准能集团、国能锡林河、国电投内蒙古公司、华能伊敏煤矿、中煤平朔煤矿、江铜集团、紫金矿业巨龙铜矿、云南华联锌铟等多个矿山的销售及应用，实施和正在布局无人驾驶矿车数量超过180台，位居全球第三，进一步助力各大智慧矿山建设。截止到目前，北方股份起草国家标准30多项，完成国家级、省部级重点新产品项目31项，获得省部级科技进步一等奖5项，获得国家专利授权260多项。公司技术处于国内领先、国际先进水平，多项产品填补国内空白，从根本上扭转了我国矿用车长期依赖进口的局面。在未来，北方股份将继续秉承“借力、借智、借势”、“共生、共享、共赢”的发展模式，致力于为用户提供全生命周期运行成本最低的矿车和矿山运输系统解决方案，全面实现“高端化、智能化、绿色化、国际化”高质量发展，全力打造国际一流矿用车企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
