Company Introduction 本集团于1992年8月1日在中华人民共和国江苏省注册成立，是江苏省唯一的上市路桥公司。1997年6月27日本集团发行的12.22亿股H股在联交所上市。2001年1月16日本集团发行的1.5亿股A股在上交所上市。2002年12月23日本集团建立一级美国预托证券凭证计划（ADR），在美国场外市场进行买卖。截至本报告期末，本集团总股本为5,037,747,500股，每股面值人民币1元。 本集团主营业务为江苏省境内收费路桥的投资、建设、经营及管理，并开发高速公路沿线的服务区配套经营业务，除沪宁高速江苏段外，集团还拥有宁常高速、镇溧高速、广靖高速、锡澄高速、锡宜高速、镇丹高速、沿江高速、江阴大桥、苏嘉杭高速、常宜高速、宜长高速以及五峰山大桥等位于江苏省内的收费路桥全部或部分权益。截至本报告期末，本集团直接参与经营和投资的路桥项目达到17个，拥有或参股的已开通路桥里程已超过910公里。 本集团的经营区域位于中国经济最具活力的长江三角洲地区，集团所拥有或参股路桥项目是连接江苏省东西及南北陆路交通大走廊，区域经济活跃，交通繁忙。本集团核心资产沪宁高速公路江苏段连接上海、苏州、无锡、常州、镇江、南京6个大中城市，是国内最繁忙的高速公路之一。 此外，本集团还积极探索并发展交通+、新能源业务、以融促产的金融业，以进一步拓展盈利空间并实现集团的可持续发展。截至本报告期末，本集团直接拥有七家全资子公司、四家控股子公司、十五家参股联营及合营企业，公司总资产约人民币797.88亿元，归属于上市公司股东净资产约人民币322.10亿元。
