Company Introduction 漳州片仔癀药业股份有限公司是以医药制造为主业的中华老字号企业，由成立于1956年的漳州制药厂在1999年改制创立，于2003年在上交所上市，现股本6.03亿。公司位于漳州市高新区，占地114.88亩，现拥有13家直接控股子公司、9家参股公司，员工约2700人，在全国多个省、直辖市建立生产和药材基地，是国家高新技术企业、国家技术创新示范企业、国家知识产权示范企业、全国文明单位。 公司市值居上市公司中药板块前列，蝉联“中国主板上市公司价值百强”，公司股票被纳入到明晟（MSCI）指数体系的首批名单、富时罗素（FTSERussell）、上证50等多个指数体系。公司荣膺“国务院国资委创建世界一流专业领军示范企业”、“全国科技系统抗击新冠肺炎先进集体”、“全国和谐劳动关系示范企业”、“国家级绿色工厂”、（第六届）福建省政府质量奖等20多项省部以上荣誉称号。 片仔癀连续4年居“中药大品种科技竞争力”排行榜清热解毒领域第一名。公司拥有国家企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站、院士专家工作站、省级企业重点实验室、省级工程研究中心等多个企业核心自主研发平台，检测中心通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）认可。 在品牌建设方面，片仔癀品牌以409.37亿列“2023中华老字号品牌榜”第2位，入选“2022凯度BrandZ最具价值中国品牌百强榜”第33位，居“2022胡润中国最具历史文化底蕴品牌榜”榜首，名列《2022胡润品牌榜》医疗健康品牌价值第1位，品牌价值年年创新高。 公司常年生产片仔癀、安宫牛黄丸、复方片仔癀含片、茵胆平肝胶囊等20多种中成药，核心产品片仔癀是国家一级中药保护品种，其传统制作技艺入选国家非物质文化遗产名录，连续多年居中国中成药单品种出口前列，被誉为“海上丝绸之路”上的“中国符号”。
