Company Introduction 青岛啤酒股份有限公司（以下简称“青岛啤酒”）的前身是1903年8月由德国商人和英国商人合资在青岛创建的日耳曼啤酒公司青岛股份公司，它是中国历史悠久的啤酒制造厂商。目前品牌价值2406.89亿元，连续20年居中国啤酒行业首位，位列世界品牌500强。“青岛啤酒”及子品牌“崂山啤酒、汉斯啤酒、青岛啤酒博物馆、王子以及TSINGTAO1903青岛啤酒吧”的品牌总价值超3800亿元。1993年7月15日，青岛啤酒股票（HK0168）在香港交易所上市，是中国内地第一家在海外上市的企业。同年8月27日，青岛啤酒(600600)在上海证券交易所上市，成为中国首家在两地同时上市的公司。截至2022年底，青岛啤酒在全国20个省、直辖市、自治区拥有近60家啤酒生产企业，公司规模和市场份额居国内啤酒行业领先地位。2022年青岛啤酒在经营业绩连创历史纪录的基础上，再攀历史高峰。公司共实现产品销量807.2万千升；实现营业收入321.7亿元，同比增长6.65%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润37.1亿元，同比增长17.6%；营收、净利双创历史新高。目前，青岛啤酒远销世界100多个国家，为世界第五大啤酒厂商。评比的所有金奖，并在世界各地举办的国际评比大赛中多次荣获金奖。2018年、2021年两度荣获中国质量奖提名奖。2018年，获“欧洲啤酒之星”和“世界啤酒锦标赛”金奖等殊荣；2019年，再获“世界啤酒锦标赛”金奖；入选“中国品牌强国盛典榜样100品牌”。2020年，荣膺“最具竞争力企业”。2021年，再获“欧洲啤酒之星”金奖。2022年入选国务院国资委《国资国企社会责任蓝皮书（2022）》案例；2022企业ESG杰出社会责任实践案例；获评“国有企业公司治理示范企业”；2022年中国改革与发展优秀成果一等奖；第十九届人民匠心奖·匠心品牌奖；十七度上榜“最受赞赏的中国公司”，十九度荣膺“中国受尊敬企业”。庆祝中国共产党成立100周年之际，青岛啤酒公司党委获“全国先进基层党组织”。继成为2008年北京奥运会官方赞助商之后,青岛啤酒再度携手奥运,成为北京2022年冬奥会官方赞助商。2021年3月，青岛啤酒厂获评全球首家啤酒饮料行业工业互联网“灯塔工厂”。青岛啤酒以“为生活创造快乐”为使命，秉承“好人酿好酒”的百年世训，守正出新，行信致远，致力于打造“成为拥有全球影响力品牌的世界一流企业”。
