Company Introduction 常州星宇车灯股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）创立于1993年，2007年10月整体变更为股份有限公司，2011年2月在上海证券交易所成功上市(股票代码：601799.SH)。 公司总部坐落于常州市国家高新技术产业开发区，国内在香港、佛山、长春设有子公司，国外在德国、日本、塞尔维亚设有子公司。目前公司总占地面积94.1万平方米，拥有先进的前照灯、后组合灯、小灯、电子、模具、工装生产制造工厂。公司拥有大型注塑机、多色注塑机、塑料表面光固化线、机器人喷漆、涂胶工作站、激光及震动摩擦焊接机、真空镀膜机以及其他各类加工设备4,500多台，各类装配线200余条，具有年产各类车灯8,000万只的生产制造能力。 公司专注于汽车车灯的研发、设计、制造和销售，是我国主要的汽车全套车灯总成制造商和设计方案提供商之一，客户涵盖欧系、日系、美系和中国多家自主品牌整车企业，主要包括一汽-大众、上汽大众、上汽通用、北京奔驰、德国戴姆勒、德国大众、德国宝马、德国奥迪、法国PSA、通用汽车、一汽丰田、广汽丰田、广汽本田、东风日产、东风本田、东风雷诺、长安马自达、日本马自达、一汽红旗、一汽轿车、吉利汽车、吉利沃尔沃、上汽通用五菱、神龙汽车、广汽乘用车、奇瑞汽车、奇瑞捷豹路虎、蔚来汽车、小鹏汽车、理想汽车、华为智选等。 公司拥有一支技术精湛、团结合作的高素质技术队伍，拥有包括车灯产品设计开发、电子设计开发、工装专机设计开发、模具设计开发、前沿技术开发等完整的自主研发体系，具有强大的同步设计开发能力。公司是国家级企业技术中心和江苏省汽车照明工程技术研究中心，拥有博士后工作站、欧洲院士工作站和国家认可实验室；为中国汽车工业协会灯具委员会常务副理事长单位和中国照明电器协会副理事长单位，担任汽车信号灯具强制性国家标准整合工作组组长单位。 公司秉承“团结、坦诚、拼搏、创新”的企业精神，践行“爱、感恩、责任”的家文化，坚持以人为本，打造了一支朝气蓬勃、团结向上、吃苦耐劳、责任为本、作风过硬的优秀团队，公司多名员工获得常州市劳动模范、全国五一劳动奖章、全国劳动模范，优秀的企业文化是公司实现可持续发展的根本基石。
