| Company Introduction | 京沪高速铁路股份有限公司（简称“京沪高铁公司”）于2007年12月27日在北京创立，是铁路行业唯一引入社会现金投资者和中外合作经营的铁路公司，践行铁路建设投融资体制改革的新模式。公司作为京沪高速铁路及沿线车站的投资、建设、运营主体，通过委托运输管理模式，委托京沪高速铁路沿线的北京局集团公司、济南局集团公司和上海局集团公司对京沪高铁进行运输管理，并将牵引供电和电力设施运行维修委托中铁电气化局集团进行管理。 京沪高速铁路连接着“京津冀”和“长三角”两大经济区，稳定的客流为公司良性发展提供了坚实基础。未来公司将围绕“资产经营、资本运营、委管监督、品牌塑造、依法治理”基本定位，力争在安全管理、设备质量、服务水平、运输效率、综合效益、品牌形象等方面达到世界一流水平。 京沪高铁纵贯京、津、冀、鲁、皖、苏、沪7省市，全长1318公里，其中正线桥梁1060公里，隧道16公里，路基242公里，设24个车站,设计、运营时速350公里。连接环渤海和长江三角洲两大经济区，是贯通东北、华北、华东的高铁大动脉。 2008年4月18日京沪高铁工程全线正式开工，2011年6月30日建成通车，2013年2月25日通过国家验收，2016年1月荣获国家科技进步奖特等奖。 京沪高铁是当时世界上一次建成线路最长、技术标准最高的高速铁路，是国家重大战略性交通工程和重大创新工程，是我国建国以来一次投资规模最大的建设项目，不论是工程建造，还是运营管理，都堪称是中国高铁的标杆和典范。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
