上海剑桥科技股份有限公司系由上海剑桥科技有限公司（原名新峤网络设备（上海）有限公司）整体改制并发起设立的股份有限公司。2006年3月，新峤有限成立，注册资本14万美元；2011年6月，新峤有限更名剑桥有限，注册资本仍为14万美元。2012年5月18日，剑桥有限召开董事会，同意将有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司，剑桥有限全体股东作为股份公司的发起人。2012年6月26日，公司召开股份有限公司创立大会暨第一次股东大会。2012年7月6日，上海市工商行政管理局为公司换发了注册号为310000400459417（市局）的《企业法人营业执照》，企业类型变更为股份有限公司。公司主营业务为基于合作模式（主要为JDM和ODM模式）进行家庭、企业及工业应用类ICT终端领域产品的研发、生产和销售，目前主要产品包括电信宽带终端、无线网络设备、智能家庭网关、工业物联网产品与解决方案四大类。公司在JDM和ODM合作平台上为客户提供从研发到生产的全链条服务，经过十年的发展，已成为国内外ICT行业知名企业的合作伙伴。公司主要客户包括华为、诺基亚（含前阿尔卡特朗讯）、HPE-Aruba、ACTIONTEC、FPT、烽火通信、上海贝尔、瑞斯康达、深圳创维等。公司已有超过6,000万台设备放装遍布中国、北美、欧洲、东南亚、南美、大洋洲等世界各地。公司致力于成为国际ICT行业合作研发和智能生产平台，坚持先进研发和智能制造双引擎驱动成长，坚持在工程技术、效率驱动两个层面的创新。自成立以来，公司以先进研发和智能制造平台为基础，不断把握市场变化和新机遇，开发掌握新技术、拓展新领域，从而促使产品线不断丰富升级。报告期内，公司顺应行业发展趋势，以工业4.0为目标，对生产流程不断精益优化，自主研发生产信息化系统，加快生产自动化的研究和导入，加大基于工业4.0理念的相关智能制造技术的投入，努力建设工业4.0理念的智能工厂。目前，公司已基本形成具有竞争优势的智能制造平台。2017年上半年，公司投资2.5亿元布局未来的“5G通信传送网关键器件及ICT网络设备制造新模式应用”项目，已于2017年6月通过工信部行业专家的评审并入选进入工信部资助的“2017年智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用项目”。“2017年智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用”为工信部、财政部2017年工业转型升级（中国制造2025）资金工作支持的重点方向之一；公司“新一代网络终端设备生产技术改造项目”被列为2017年上海市产业转型升级发展专项资金项目（重点技术改造）。
