Company Introduction 公司成立于2002年，改制前身系上海市建筑科学研究院，其历史可追溯至1958年。公司60多年的发展历程，始终践行“以最新的建筑科学成果为上海和全国城乡建设服务”的使命，以科技创新为先导，以专业技术服务为主业，服务涵盖工程项目和城市建设运营管理全过程，形成了工程咨询服务、检测与技术服务、环境低碳技术服务、特种工程与产品销售等多个主营业务板块。公司致力于保障工程建设质量、控制安全运行风险、提升人居环境品质、推进节能减排降耗、实现建筑与城市可持续发展和数字化转型，为客户提供专业系统的价值服务，在房屋建筑、基础设施、市政工程、生态环境、商品流通等领域，构建了具有竞争力的创新服务链，已成为综合型的城市建设、管理和运营技术服务集团。公司通过深耕长三角、粤港澳大湾区、京津冀、成渝城市群等区域，业务已遍布全国并延伸至海外，公司的工程监理业务规模与服务能力位于全国领先。 公司秉承“盈科而进、追求卓越”的企业精神，坚持以科技创新引领技术进步，推动企业持续发展。截至2022年6月30日，公司在册员工中高级职称技术人员占比42.73%，其中具有博士、硕士学位的人员超1,000名，教授级高工超100名。公司在绿色建筑、建筑节能、室内环境、既有建筑更新改造、固体废弃物综合利用等领域处于国内较高水平，承担了大量国家和上海市重点科研项目和重要标准的制定。“十三五”期间，公司成功牵头了“基于全过程的大数据绿色建筑管理技术研究与示范”、“建筑室内空气质量控制的基础理论和关键技术研究”、“基于BIM的绿色建筑运营优化关键技术研发”3项国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目，负责18项国家重点研发计划课题，参与课题40余项，累计完成科研成果300余项，获得部市级科技奖项70余项，主持和参与国家、行业及地方标准200余项，获得专利授权200余项，其中发明专利70余项，获得软件著作权授权200余项。公司拥有国家认定企业技术中心、国家绿色建筑质量检验检测中心、国家建筑工程材料质量检验检测中心、国家民用建筑能效测评机构、国家装配式建筑产业基地、博士后科研工作站等国家级科研与服务平台，拥有住建部绿色建筑工程技术研究中心、上海市工程结构安全重点实验室、上海建筑节能工程技术研究中心、上海工业固体废弃物综合利用工程技术研究中心、上海建筑节能与绿色建筑创新技术服务平台等省部级研发平台。公司在2019年国家企业技术中心复评中被评为“优秀”，位列全国1,500余家企业第12名。
