Company Introduction 公司前身系元六有限，元六有限成立于2001年12月6日，由郑红等14名自然人共同出资设立。元六有限设立时注册资本为189万元，全体股东以货币资金认缴本次出资。2001年12月4日，北京六星会计师事务所有限责任公司出具京星验字2001丙12-03的开业登记验资报告书确认，截至2001年12月4日，元六有限的注册资本189万元人民币已全部到位。2001年12月6日，元六有限取得北京市工商行政管理局丰台分局核发的《企业法人营业执照》。2016年5月12日，元六有限股东会通过决议，以全体股东为发起人将元六有限整体变更为股份公司，以元六有限截至2015年12月31日经审计的净资产账面值521,708,226.60元为基础，按1:0.2300的比例折合成股份公司股本120,000,000股，每股面值人民币1元，其余401,708,226.60元计入资本公积。2016年5月30日，公司在北京市工商行政管理局丰台分局完成变更登记注册手续，并领取了统一社会信用代码为911101068022402680的《营业执照》。 公司从事以多层瓷介电容器（MLCC）为主的电子元器件的技术研发、产品生产和销售。公司主营业务包括自产业务和代理业务两大类，符合“军民融合”的国家战略。公司自产业务的主要产品包括片式多层瓷介电容器、有引线多层瓷介电容器、金属支架多层瓷介电容器以及直流滤波器等，采用国标、国军标、宇航用行业标准以及各类专项工程用规范，涉及宇航级、国军标、七专、普军等11个军用质量等级和1个国标等级。公司产品广泛应用于航天、航空、船舶、兵器、电子信息、轨道交通、新能源等行业，满足军工及民用高端工程对产品的技术要求和应用需求。公司核心产品MLCC具有可靠性高、一致性好以及体积小、重量轻的特点，较早得到航天用户的关注，成功参与了载人航天工程的项目配套，并逐渐应用于各高可靠领域。至今，在航天领域，公司以其核心产品参与并圆满完成了神舟系列、嫦娥、天宫系列、大推力火箭等重点工程配套任务；在航空领域，公司参与了航空大飞机等多型号机型建设；在船舶领域，公司亦参与了多项重点工程型号的配套任务。公司多次获得了原信息产业部、原总装备部以及相关用户单位的立功嘉奖和表彰。公司代理业务的主要产品为多种系列的电子元器件，包括陶瓷电容、电解电容、薄膜电容、超级电容、贴片电阻、压敏电阻、热敏电阻、传感器、电感变压器、滤波器、断路器、继电器等，主要面向工业类及消费类民用市场。公司代理业务客户数量众多，稳定合作的客户达到上千家，行业分布广泛，覆盖了汽车电子、轨道交通、新能源、智能电网、通讯、消费电子、医疗设备等多个领域。 公司凭借多年累积的专业知识、专有技术和丰富的实践经验，在产品研发、技术创新等方面，根据国家战略需要和用户的具体需求，取得了一定的成效。公司坚持“诚信为本，技术领先，客户至上”的经营原则，与航天科技集团、航天科工集团、航空工业集团、兵器工业集团、电子科技集团等多家企业集团建立了良好稳定的合作关系，是航天科技集团、航天科工集团等客户的核心或优秀供应商。公司是高新技术企业。公司具有国防科工局和总装备部颁发的《武器装备科研生产许可证》、《装备承制单位注册证书》；拥有中国军用电子元器件质量认证委员会认证的多层瓷介电容器国军标生产线并取得《军用电子元器件制造厂生产线认证合格证书》，多项核心产品通过了军用电子元器件质量认证；公司还承担了多项军品研制的科研任务。自2013年以来，公司连续被工业和信息化部运行监测协调局及中国电子元件行业协会联合评定为“中国电子元件百强企业”。
