Company Introduction 广西柳药集团股份有限公司是一家综合性医药上市企业,公司前身是1953年成立的柳州医药批发站,2002年改制为民营企业,2014年在上海证券交易所挂牌上市(股票简称:柳药集团,股票代码:603368)。公司经过七十年来在医药大健康领域的深耕细作,旗下已拥有40余家公司,形成以“医药批发、医药零售、医药工业为主业,供应链增值服务、医药互联网服务、终端健康服务等创新业务协同发展”的综合性医药大健康产业集团。柳药集团是医药储备定点单位、麻精药品经营单位,在广西已建立三个现代医药物流中心以及覆盖全区14个地级市的协同分仓库,仓储规模超过14万平米,形成辐射全区的高效配送网络。同时公司还积极搭建供应链管理平台,开展药械耗材SPD项目、互联网医疗服务,提升服务效率和专业化水平。目前,公司业务覆盖广西100%的中高端医疗机构,上游合作供应商5,000余家,经营品规达70.000多个,是众多国内外知名制药企业在广西区内的主分销商。在药品零售方面,公司全资子公司柳州桂中大药房连锁有限责任公司(简称:桂中大药房)是全国药品连锁百强企业,旗下拥有药店700多家,并积极开展网上药店、DTP药店、慢病管理、处方外延等创新业务,推动线上业务与线下业务、批发业务与零售业务的协同。目前,桂中大药房在全国销售总额前100位的药品零售企业排序中位列第12位。在医药工业领域,公司主要围绕中药产业积极布局,开展中药饮片生产加工以及中成药、中药配方颗粒等现代中药产品生产研发,打造培育“仙茱”中药饮片和配方颗粒品牌以及“万通”、“康晟”等民族制药品牌。目前公司旗下广西仙茱中药科技有限公司是广西规模和技术领先的中药饮片加工企业,已能生产加工中药饮片1,100多个品种、8,000多个品规;广西万通制药有限公司、广西康晟制药有限责任公司是中成药生产企业,分别拥有复方金钱草颗粒、万通炎康片(胶囊)、归芪补血口服液、安神养血口服液等专利品种和知名品牌;广西仙茱制药有限公司是集团旗下专门从事中药配方颗粒生产研发业务的企业。未来,公司将继续以行业规范化、集约化、数字化发展为契机,推动传统业态数字化转型,有效整合批发、零售渠道资源,推动智慧医药供应链服务和医药“新零售”服务落地,夯实核心业务发展根基。同时加快医药工业发展,加大产品创新和技术创新,做大做强工业板块,推动批零协同、工商协作,构建完善公司医药大健康产业体系,巩固公司在区域医药流通领域的龙头地位的同时将柳药工业体系打造成为全国知名医药制造品牌。
