Company Introduction 芜湖伯特利汽车安全系统股份有限公司创立于2004年6月，专业从事汽车底盘系统及智能驾驶系统研发、制造与销售的中国零部件百强企业、国家知识产权示范企业、高新技术企业，2018年A股主板上市(股票代码603596)。 公司以“让出行更安全”为企业愿景，构建汽车智能驾驶、电子电控、制动系统、悬架系统、转向系统、轻量化铸铝的自主开发与制造能力，为移动出行提供安全系统的解决方案。目前已批量投产的产品：线控制动系统(WCBS)、高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)、电子驻车制动系统(EPB)、整车稳定控制系统(ESC)、电动尾门系统(PLG)、电动转向系统(EPS)，以及各类制动器、轻量化铸铝转向节、控制臂、转向管柱、机械转向等。2022年5月公司收购浙江万达汽车方向机股份有限公司，布局转向系统，进一步丰富和完善公司在汽车安全系统领域的产品矩阵。 全球建有14个制造基地，总员工约6100人，其中研发技术人员超1000人，7个研发中心，分别位于芜湖、上海、美国底特律、苏州、合肥、杭州、西安。公司坚持以自主研发与创新为根本，接连攻克国外垄断技术，全球第二家实现EPB量产、中国品牌首家实现ESC量产、中国品牌首家ONE-BOX方案的线控制动系统实现发布并量产。国内外累计申请专利767项，其中发明专利351项，专利涉及美国、欧洲、日本、韩国、欧盟等全球多个国家。先后荣获“中国汽车零部件最具竞争力百强企业”、“中国汽配行业十大民族品牌”、“中国汽车工程学会科学技术奖创新团队奖”“国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业”、“安徽省专利金奖”“安徽省科学技术奖”、“安徽省技术创新示范企业”等荣誉。 目前配套服务的国际及合资客户包括：通用汽车、上汽通用、长安福特、沃尔沃、江铃福特、江铃雷诺、东风日产、Stellantis、马恒达、Ford、Arrival等。国内客户包括：吉利、奇瑞、长安、上汽、北汽、北汽新能源、北汽越野、东风、东风柳汽、东风小康、广汽、江淮、比亚迪、长城、一汽红旗、小鹏、蔚来、理想、赛力斯、合创、广汽埃安、东风岚图、合众等。产品已出口全球50多个国家和地区。 未来，伯特利将继续秉承“持续创新成就客户”的使命，与客户在研发、质量、服务等方面继续加强合作，以客户为中心，创造极致的服务体验，成就卓越的客户价值！
