Company Introduction 青岛康普顿科技股份有限公司主营业务系为车辆、工业设备提供润滑和养护的系列产品，主要包括车用润滑油、工业润滑油、汽车化学品及汽车养护品的研发、生产与销售。发行人根据行业发展趋势，确定了专业化聚焦和差异化的竞争战略，主要定位于汽车后市场的AM市场（零售市场）。公司主营业务系为车辆、工业设备提供润滑和养护的系列产品。在润滑油领域，发行人系国内最早采用自动化生产的润滑油企业之一，其整个生产过程实现了全自动计量、调和、灌装和包装。发行人十分重视产品的升级换代，多次与世界同步在国内率先推出SJ、SL、SM、SN级汽油机油和CI-4、CJ-4级柴油机油等各个时期最高级别的产品；发行人生产的润滑油产品符合API（美国石油学会）规范和SAE（美国汽车工程师协会）粘度等级等国际规范，具有优异的清净分散性、良好的氧化安定性等多种性能，是国内为数不多的拥有API标志使用权的企业之一。在纳米润滑油技术应用领域，发行人的《汽车节能与纳米陶瓷机油研究》项目经山东省科技厅鉴定为“国际先进和国内领先”，获得山东省科技进步三等奖，其产品康普顿纳米陶瓷机油通过ILSAC（国际润滑剂标准化及认证委员会）节能型发动机油GF-5规格标准认证。发行人在汽车中高级别润滑油的AM市场拥有较强的综合实力。在汽车养护品领域，发行人是我国拥有自主研发、自主生产能力的少数企业之一，主持制定了三项汽车养护用品行业标准（节气门清洗剂CAS161-2008、发动机润滑系统清洗剂CAS162-2008、汽油发动机电喷系统清洗剂CAS163-2008），参与了三项国家标准（发动机内部清洗剂、发动机外部保护剂、水箱清洗剂）的起草。公司的汽车养护品已经形成8大系列30多个品种的产品线。发行人依靠自主研发和自主生产优势，在我国汽车养护品的AM市场上具有较强的竞争地位。2011年，发行人被青岛市科学技术局、青岛市财政局、青岛市国家税务局、青岛市地方税务局认定为高新技术企业。2010年，发行人获评中国汽车用品行业总评榜“中国汽车用品行业十大知名企业”。“康普顿”品牌被认定为山东省著名商标；2010年《中国汽车报》润滑油用户调查“顾客满意润滑油品牌”；2011年中国汽车用品行业总评榜“中国汽车用品行业十大驰名品牌”。2013年，康普顿润滑油获得“（2013）中国润滑油行业年度最受客户欢迎品牌”。发行人获评“最佳企业品牌形象奖”。
