Company Introduction 本公司系由原尚物流（广州）有限公司整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2010年5月25日，广州经济技术开发区管理委员会下发《关于同意中外合资企业原尚物流（广州）有限公司转制为股份有限公司的批复》（穗开管企[2010]265号），同意原尚有限变更为外商投资股份有限公司，股本总额6,000.00万元人民币，每股面值1元。根据鹏城事务所2010年8月18日出具的“深鹏所验字[2010]305号”《验资报告》，原尚有限经审计的净资产中的6,000.00万元折合为原尚物流6,000.00万股本，股本与净资产差额保留盈余公积272.83万元及专项储备124.91万元，其余2,364.78万元列入资本公积。2010年9月6日，发行人取得广州市工商局核发的《企业法人营业执照》，营业执照注册号为440108400000949。 公司是一家以汽车零部件物流为核心业务的第三方物流企业，主要为客户提供零部件干线运输、配送、仓储、品质检验、流通加工以及包装等全方位、一体化的 综合物流服务。同时，依托完善的物流网络、丰富的物流经验和人才储备，公司持续拓展冷链运输、快递运输、家电运输以及厨卫配件运输等非汽车业务，成功开发百胜餐饮、顺丰速运、京东以及摩恩卫浴等知名客户，未来将成为汽车零部件物流业务的重要补充。此外，围绕综合物流服务，公司还从事物流设备生产销售、产品贸易和保险代理业务。
