Company Introduction 本公司前身为坤彩有限，创立于2005年11月，并于2014年12月整体变更为股份有限公司。公司秉承“归零跨越”的创新理念，自设立以来一直专注于珠光材料的研发、生产和销售，追求极致的产品创新，不断实现自我突破，保持产品的持续创新和升级换代；同时持续改进生产工艺，不断提升产品品质。经过多年的发展，公司已经成为中国规模最大的珠光材料生产企业，同时也是全球知名的珠光材料生产商，公司产品深受国内外客户的信赖和赞誉，公司的最终客户群体包括杜邦、立邦、PPG、阿克苏、克莱恩、普立万、Intercos等国内外知名的涂料、色母、化妆品等生产商。 公司系由前身坤彩有限整体变更设立的股份公司。2014年11月25日，坤彩有限召开股东会，决议以截至2014年10月31日经审计的净资产折股依法整体变更为股份有限公司。同日，坤彩有限全体股东作为发起人签署《发起人协议》，根据华兴所出具的“闽华兴所（2014）审字N-107号”《审计报告》，以截至2014年10月31日坤彩有限经审计的净资产302,848,315.48元折股，股份总额为270,000,000股，每股面值为1元，净资产折合股本后余额32,848,315.48元作为资本公积金。2014年12月10日，华兴所出具“闽华兴所（2014）验字N-001号”《验资报告》对股份公司整体变更的净资产折股进行验证。 2014年12月15日，公司在福州市工商行政管理局完成了工商变更登记手续，并领取了注册号为“350181100005884”的《企业法人营业执照》。 发行人主营业务为珠光材料的研发、生产和销售。经过多年的发展，公司已经成为中国规模最大的珠光材料生产企业，同时也是全球知名的珠光材料生产商。公司提供的工业级珠光材料、汽车级珠光材料、化妆品级珠光材料等系列产品，广泛应用于涂料、塑料、汽车、化妆品、油墨、皮革、陶瓷、建材、种子等行业。
