Company Introduction 2005年4月29日，北京市工商行政管理局核发《企业名称预先核准通知书》（(京西)企名预核(内)字[2005]第11733503号），核准公司名称为“嘉友国际物流（北京）有限公司”。2005年6月22日，北京市工商行政管理局签发了《准予行政许可决定书》（京工商注册企许字[2005]0008976号），准予公司设立登记，并核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：1101022857182）。2015年12月26日，立信会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）对本次整体变更事项进行了审验,并出具了信会师报字[2015]第210879号《验资报告》。经审验，截至2015年12月26日止，公司已根据《公司法》有关规定及整体变更方案，将嘉友国际物流（北京）有限公司截至2015年6月30日止经审计的所有者权益（净资产）人民币195,064,235.81元，按1:0.3076的比例折合股份总额60,000,000.00股，每股1元，共计股本人民币60,000,000.00元，未折为股本部分135,064,235.81元计入资本公积。2015年12月31日，北京市工商行政管理局西城分局向嘉友国际核发《营业执照》。 公司充分整合海陆空铁运输、海关公用保税及海关监管场所的仓储分拨、报关、报检、物流综合单证服务等各个环节，根据客户个性化需求制定跨境综合物流解决方案。公司具体业务包括跨境多式联运、大宗矿产品物流、智能仓储等跨境多式联运综合物流服务及供应链贸易服务，业务主要覆盖中亚、东南亚等二十多个“一带一路”沿线国家和地区，以及部分欧美国家。公司是经中国商务部批准成立的“壹级国际货运代理”企业，是国际货运代理协会（FIATA）和中国国际货运代理协会（CIFA）会员。
Main Business 充分整合海陆空铁运输、海关公用保税及海关监管场所的仓储分拨、报关、报检、物流综合单证服务等各个环节，根据客户个性化需求制定跨境综合物流解决方案。
