Company Introduction 公司成立于2008年，位于浙江衢州,主要从事特种纸的研发、生产和销售业务。经过十余年的产业深耕，已发展成为国内领军型的食品包装纸生产企业、国内最大的格拉辛纸和描图纸生产企业之一。 2020年11月10日，公司在上海证劵交易所上市（股票代码:605007）。 目前公司共拥有食品包装纸、格拉辛纸、描图纸、转移印花纸、特种文化纸五大系列的多个产品，经过十余年的积累，在充分发挥自身的技术优势和人才储备的基础上，通过产品性能提升、生产工艺优化、生产设备改造、新产品开发、新技术应用等，取得了一系列的科技开发成果，部分新产品和新技术达到了国内领先水平，成为公司核心竞争力的重要组成部分。 公司作为上市主体，旗下拥有浙江五星纸业有限公司、五洲特种纸业（江西）有限公司、五洲特种纸业（湖北）有限公司三家生产型全资控股子公司，以及浙江诚宇进出口有限公司等三家贸易型全资控股子（孙）公司。 未来，公司将继续围绕核心主营业务，以规范运营、防控风险为前提，以深化内部管理为着力点，以完成经营目标为导向，不断提升管理水平、运营效率和盈利能力，力争实现股东和公司利益最大化。
