| Company Introduction | 公司为工器具、仪器仪表等类产品的MRO集约化供应商，并从事上述产品的研发、生产、销售及相关技术服务，目前业务主要服务于电力行业，并涉及铁路、城市轨道交通等领域。 “MRO”是Maintenance（维护）、Repair（维修）、Operation（运行）三个英文单词的首字母缩写，通常是指在实际的生产过程不直接构成产品，只用于维护、维修、运行设备的物料和服务，或者非生产原料性质的工业用品。 公司通过集约化采购（经销）以及自产的方式为下游客户集约化提供12大类、18万余种SKU的工器具和仪器仪表类MRO，同时，公司还具备相关技术服务能力，能够为客户提供电气设备信息采集及健康状态评价、产品维修保养等专业化技术服务。 公司前身于2008年4月设立，从工器具、仪器仪表MRO集约化供应业务逐步发展出自主产业以及技术服务业务，具备了自有产品的研发以及生产能力。经过十余年在工器具、仪器仪表类产品MRO集约化供应业务的深耕，截至2020年12月31日，公司已拥有61家下属子公司，业务涵盖采购、营销、生产、研发和技术服务等；公司在全国设立了37个营销服务机构，覆盖全国（除港澳台外）31个省、自治区和直辖市，拥有600余人的营销及技术服务人员。上述营销以及技术服务人员属地化深入到客户需求最前端，全面了解现场作业情况，精准对接产品使用和服务的需求，并把信息反馈给公司产品经理和采购人员。借助长期以来建立的供应链体系、研发生产能力以及技术服务能力，公司为大型集团化客户集约化提供与其需求精准匹配的产品以及技术服务。报告期各期，公司来自第一大客户国家电网的销售收入占比均超过50%，涉及其全国范围内的下属27家省网公司以及上千家市、县、区基层供电公司。公司前身设立之初即已开始和国家电网、南方电网等主要客户开展业务合作，业务保持持续稳定，上述客户主要采用招投标或者竞争性谈判的方式进行物资采购。报告期内，公司超过70%的业务收入通过招投标或竞争性谈判的方式取得订单。 公司拥有中国合格评定国家认可委员会核发的实验室认可证书（CNAS）、检验检测机构资质认定证书（CMA）；参与全国高电压试验技术标准化分技术委员会标准编制工作，牵头编制《电力电缆测试设备通用技术条件第5部分：电缆故障探测用高压脉冲源装置》1项行业标准，参与修订国家标准2项、电力行业标准5项；是全国公共安全基础标准化技术委员会《公共安全业务连续性管理体系供应链连续性指南》、《公共安全建立合作约定指南》、《中小学生安全教育服务规范》的起草单位；是中国城市规划协会地下管线专业委员会副主任单位、中国核能行业协会会员单位、中国消防协会单位会员；公司下属子公司杭州贝特设备、杭州科研中心、杭州艾普莱、咸亨电子商务、北京应急科技、上海中科光绘、杭州咸亨电气和杭州贝特工业为国家级高新技术企业；截至2020年12月31日，公司共拥有商标148项，拥有主要专利131项，其中发明专利12项、实用新型专利97项、外观设计专利22项，拥有主要软件著作权132项、作品著作权2项。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
