Company Introduction 同庆楼品牌始创于1925年，同庆楼餐饮股份有限公司成立于2005年，主要从事餐饮服务，是一家A股主板上市公司，股票简称：同庆楼，股票代码:605108。同庆楼是国家正式认定的中华老字号餐饮企业，至今已有近百年的历史。解放前同庆楼遍布北京、南京、武汉、芜湖等多个城市，接待过众多历史名人，留下很多传奇佳话。作为中国历史餐饮名店，1999年国内贸易部第一次评定全国56家中华老字号，同庆楼即名列其中。2006年国家商务部再次认定同庆楼为中华老字号。2010年经中国贸促会和上海世博局推选，同庆楼入驻世博会，赢得海内外宾客广泛赞誉。2014年同庆楼被国家商标总局认定为“中国驰名商标”。 同庆楼一直秉承着中华老字号“诚信经营、价格公道、童叟无欺、丰俭由人”的经营宗旨，坚持“好吃、不贵、有面子”的经营理念，努力为顾客提供高性价比的饮食产品和服务，赢得了社会大众的支持和信任，获得了良好的口碑，同庆楼定位大众消费，凭借品牌优势、总部管控优势、江苏和安徽两省较大的正餐酒楼连锁企业。根据中国烹饪协会的统计，自2011年至今同庆楼已连续九年位列中国餐饮(含国内外快餐)百强企业榜单。同庆楼多次被中国点饪协会授予“中国正餐十大品牌”称号，并荣获“中国烹饪协会，改革开放40年中国餐饮行业老字号新辉煌企业”称号。 同庆楼主要从事餐饮服务，自成立以来，一直从事餐饮业务，在餐饮行业具有较高的知名度与影响力，公司先后获得“中华老字号”、“中国驰名商标”等荣誉称号，2010年，同庆楼作为中华八大菜系之徽菜唯一代表，入驻世博园，为来自全世界的游客及工作人员提供餐饮服务。根据中国烹饪协会发布的《中国餐饮产业发展报告》，同庆楼2016年度排名中国餐饮百强企业第四十六名。2016年被中国烹饪协会授予“2015年度中国正餐十大品牌”称号，2017年被中国烹饪协会授予“2016年度中国正餐十大品牌”称号，2018年被中国烹饪协会授予“2017年度中国餐饮业知名正餐品牌”、“改革开放40年中国餐饮行业老字号新辉煌企业”，2019年被中国烹饪协会授予“2018年度中国餐饮百强企业”、“2019年度正餐十大品牌”称号。
