| Company Introduction | 昆山沪光汽车电器股份有限公司是一家专业研发及生产汽车高低压线束总成的民营企业，总部位于昆山市张浦镇，分别在仪征、宁波建立了生产基地和欧洲工程中心等。公司现有主要客户和产品有：上汽集团（上汽乘用车、上汽大众、上汽通用等）、一汽集团（一汽大众、奥迪等）、德国大众、戴姆勒奔驰、奇瑞、江淮、宝沃汽车集团等汽车公司配套的高低压线束总成。研发能力和试验能力：公司拥有高低压线束总成研发能力，将智能化融入到产品设计开发和过程开发中，两化融合得到了有效实现，投入了全球先进的大数据管理系统、产品生命周期管理系统、智能辅助设计系统等。同时，公司建立了功能配备全面的实验室：标杆分析区、整车电流测试区、CAE模拟验证区和台架测试区、型式试验区等几大功能区，对设计验证提供了强有力的保障。生产能力：拥有多台国外进口先进生产设备，包括瑞士Komax355S、433、488S等全自动开线压接机，德国Schunk超声波焊接机等，目前已形成年产200万套发动机线束、150万套整车线束及70万套ABS线束的能力。质量保证能力：具备完善的质量保证能力，公司从1999年开始先后通过了ISO9000、QS9000/VDA6.1、IATF16949和ISO14001的认证，从管理体系上保证了公司产品质量的可靠性，被大众集团评为A级供应商、VW60330压接过程质量A级供应商、奥迪物流体系A级供应商，多次被上汽大众、奔驰、奇瑞、江淮等国内外知名汽车公司评为优秀供应商。企业荣誉：荣获工信部“智能制造试点示范企业”、“江苏省示范智能车间”、江苏省高新技术企业、江苏省高新技术产品、江苏省企业技术中心、江苏省著名商标、江苏省名牌产品、苏州市科技创新示范企业、苏州市明星企业、苏州市百强民营企业等荣誉。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
