Company Introduction 公司的前身为福建福光数码仪器有限公司，成立于2004年2月，设立时注册资本为1,000万元，由伟佳投资以货币形式出资700万元，及信息集团以货币形式出资300万元设立。2004年2月3日，福光数码经福州市工商行政管理局核准登记，并取得《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：3501052000786）。2015年6月18日，福光有限召开股东会并作出决议，同意以全体股东作为发起人，将有限公司依法整体变更为股份有限公司。2015年7月16日，福光股份取得了福州市工商行政管理局颁发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：350105100008901）。 公司是专业从事军用特种光学镜头及光电系统、民用光学镜头、光学元组件等产品科研生产的高新技术企业，是福建省重要的军民融合企业、全球光学镜头的重要制造商。 公司产品包括激光、紫外、可见光、红外系列全光谱镜头及光电系统，主要分“定制产品”、“非定制产品”两大系列：“定制产品”系列主要包含军用特种光学镜头及光电系统，广泛应用于“神舟系列”、“嫦娥探月”、“火星探测”、“辽宁号”等重大国防任务及无人机、武装直升机、远望3号测量船、“红旗”、“红箭”系列等尖端武器装备，核心客户涵盖中国科学院及各大军工集团下属科研院所、企业，为国内最重要的军用光学镜头、光电系统提供商之一；“非定制产品”主要包含民用安防镜头、车载镜头、红外镜头、物联网镜头、AI镜头等激光、紫外、可见光、红外全光谱镜头，广泛应用于平安城市、智慧城市、物联网、车联网、智能制造等领域，是华为、安讯士、博世、霍尼韦尔、海康威视、大华股份等国内外知名企业的主要镜头提供商，2017年公司在安防镜头全球市场占有率达到11.8%1。公司引领安防监控领域超高清视频技术的创新应用，2016年在全球4K高清镜头的市场占有率达到65.8%2，率先设计开发出8K高清连续变焦镜头。物联网镜头、AI镜头是公司当前重点布局的新兴领域，公司已经与华为、旷视科技、依图科技、云从科技、地平线、海康威视等人工智能知名企业建立了合作关系。
