Company Introduction 公司主要从事半导体专用设备的研发、生产和销售，产品包括光刻工序涂胶显影设备（涂胶/显影机、喷胶机）和单片式湿法设备（清洗机、去胶机、湿法刻蚀机），可用于8/12英寸单晶圆处理（如集成电路制造前道晶圆加工及后道先进封装环节）及6英寸及以下单晶圆处理（如化合物、MEMS、LED芯片制造等环节）。 作为公司标杆产品，光刻工序涂胶显影设备系集成电路制造过程中不可或缺的关键处理设备，主要与光刻机（芯片生产线上最庞大、最精密复杂、难度最大、价格最昂贵的设备）配合进行作业，通过机械手使晶圆在各系统间传输和处理，从而完成晶圆的光刻胶涂覆、固化、显影、坚膜等工艺过程。作为光刻机的输入（曝光前光刻胶涂覆）和输出（曝光后图形的显影），涂胶/显影机的性能不仅直接影响到细微曝光图案的形成，其显影工艺的图形质量和缺陷控制对后续诸多工艺（诸如蚀刻、离子注入等）中图形转移的结果也有着深刻的影响。 公司生产的涂胶显影设备产品成功打破国外厂商垄断并填补国内空白，其中，在集成电路前道晶圆加工环节，作为国产化设备已逐步得到验证及应用，实现小批量替代；在集成电路制造后道先进封装、化合物、MEMS、LED芯片制造等环节，作为国内厂商主流机型已广泛应用在国内知名大厂，成功实现进口替代。 公司生产的集成电路前道晶圆加工领域用单片式清洗机Spin Scrubber设备已经达到国际先进水平，在国内多个重要客户处获得批量重复订单，成功实现进口替代。
