Company Introduction 本公司处于国家优先支持发展的战略性新兴产业——新材料行业。公司以自主知识产权的核心技术、业内一流的技术团队作为关键资源，始终坚持“国内空白、国际先进”的市场定位，通过“生产一代、开发一代、储备一代”的战略，在行业内保持领先地位。公司以技术研发引领销售，以重点型号、重大项目的急需为己任，满足国家军工、能源、医疗等关键领域的高端需求。 公司以“采购务真、研发务实、生产务精、销售务诚”为执行方针，组织产品的研发、生产和销售。公司主要原材料为满足公司内控标准要求的高品质海绵钛、铌锭（棒）、锡及相关合金、无氧铜、铝钼合金、铝钒合金、铝豆等。公司根据客户订单及生产计划采用持续分批量的形式向供应商采购；合格供方所提供的产品须满足公司提出的采购标准或技术协议，且供应商应具有与所提供产品相适应的人员、设备、技术及质量管理体系，具有保持质量稳定的能力。公司关注供应商管理，制定了严格的供应商选择标准及合格供方评审办法，致力于合格供方的培养和长期共同发展。目前，公司与一些规模较大的供应商建立了长期良好的战略合作关系，拥有稳定的原材料供货渠道。公司按订单生产为主，适量备料为辅，执行ISO9001、AS9100C、**等质量体系，在生产过程中实现信息化管理，生产、检测关键过程通过NADCAP认证。 公司不局限于产品的销售以及售后服务，而是在满足产业链最终用户的高端需求的同时，以技术优势引导关键材料在重点型号、重大项目上的应用，做整体方案的提供商和解决者。公司根据客户需求和行业发展趋势，开展新品预先研究，缩短客户需求产品的研发周期。销售后，帮助客户解决产品应用的技术难题，降低新产品下游使用废品率，提高客户效益，促进行业整体技术水平的提升。 公司的主要客户为中国航空工业集团公司、中国第二重型机械集团公司、美国通用电气公司（GE）、西门子、中国国际核聚变能源计划执行中心等，主要产品应用于国防军工、医疗、新能源等领域。其中，钛合金产品主要消费群体是航空锻件厂，最终用于军用飞机和航空发动机制造；超导产品（包含部分超导线材原材料铌钛棒）主要消费群体是MRI制造商、大型科学工程、国防超导线材生产商等。目前公司国内钛合金、超导业务主要采用直销的方式；出口业务大部分采用自营出口，少量为国内外贸公司采购，再由外贸公司出口。
Main Business 主要从事高端钛合金材料、超导产品和高性能高温合金材料的研发、生产和销售。
