Company Introduction 三一重能股份有限公司（SanyRenewableEnergyCo.,Ltd）成立于2008年，致力于成为全球清洁能源装备及服务的领航者。近年来，三一重能市场占有率持续提升，成为全球综合排名前十、中国陆上前五的风电整机商（数据来源：BNEF）。 三一重能主营业务为风电机组的研发、制造与销售，风电场设计、建设、运营管理以及光伏电站建设运营管理业务。三一重能通过整合全球顶级研发资源，持续打造具有竞争优势的风机产品；具备独立进行风电场设计、建设和运营的能力；形成了数字化顶层设计、智能化生产制造、整机系统集成、核心部件制造、风场设计、风场EPC、风场运营维护为一体的风电整体解决方案。 三一重能秉承“智造创领未来”的理念，以“推动人类高效使用清洁能源”为愿景，致力于将三一重能打造成风电行业的“三一重工”，为中国实现“碳达峰、碳中和”和世界清洁能源转型贡献力量。 三一最早成立于1989年，主营业务是装备制造业，覆盖混凝土机械、挖掘机械、起重机械、筑路机械、桩工机械、风力发电机组、港口机械、石油装备、煤炭设备、精密机床等全系列产品。目前，三一挖掘机械、桩工机械、履带起重机械、移动港口机械、路面机械、煤炭掘进机械、混凝土机械均居世界一流水平。 三一旗下核心企业三一重工（SH，600031）于2003年7月3日上市，是中国首家成功进行股权分置改革并实现全流通的企业，2011年7月，三一重工入围FT全球市值500强，是唯一上榜的中国工程机械企业。通过三一重工，三一还控股“全球混凝土机械第一品牌”德国普茨迈斯特（Putzmeister）。同时，三一旗下上市公司还有三一国际（HK，00631）。 在立足装备制造主营业务基础上，三一正大力发展可再生能源、住宅产业化、工业物联网、环保等新业务。目前，三一已成为中国成熟的PC建筑工业化成套装备提供商，旗下三一重能是国内风电成套解决方案和可再生清洁能源的提供者。2021年，三一终端销售额突破1700亿元，创历史新高。
