Company Introduction 公司创立于1997年，是一家专注于锂离子电池电解液添加剂的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。公司产品主要有电子化学品及特殊有机硅两大系列，已高度覆盖中国国内市场，同时出口日本、韩国、美国、欧洲、东南亚等国家和地区。在电子化学品领域，公司是碳酸亚乙烯酯（VC）和氟代碳酸乙烯酯（FEC）市场领先的供应商之一，产品广泛应用于新能源汽车、电动两轮车、电动工具、UPS电源、移动基站电源、光伏电站、3C产品等领域。在特殊有机硅领域，公司是少数拥有“非光气法生产异氰酸酯硅烷”技术的生产商之一，凭借领先的技术优势、卓越的产品品质及优秀的售后服务，公司在国内外客户中赢得了良好的口碑。 公司积极扩展电解液添加剂产品的产能，目前拥有张家港一期、二期两个生产基地以及全资子公司泰兴华盛，VC、FEC产品共达到年产5,000吨的生产能力，继续保持锂电池电解液添加剂生产规模的领先地位，同时为公司未来几年的市场竞争和业绩增长提供了有力的保障。 公司多年来坚持自主创新，注重研发投入，在锂电池电解液添加剂和特殊有机硅领域拥有多项核心技术，同时建设了江苏省锂电池材料工程技术中心、江苏省锂电池电解液添加剂工程中心、江苏省研究生工作站、江苏省博士后创新实践基地等多个科研平台，主导起草了VC国家标准和FEC行业标准，在行业内具有较强的影响力。另外，公司现已建立了一整套完善的管理体系，通过了ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系以及ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系，逐步实现持续、稳健、快速的发展。
