Company Introduction 北京神州细胞生物技术集团股份公司是由国际知名的生物药研发和产业化专家、新药创制重大专项总体组专家谢良志博士创办的创新生物药和疫苗研发公司，致力于开发具备差异化竞争优势的产品，为国内外患者提供高质量、低成本的选择，树立领先的生物制药品牌。 自2002年集团下属的神州细胞工程有限公司创立以来，公司长期坚持自主研发和自行掌握核心技术，已建立生物药和疫苗上下游全套技术平台，并独立自主开发了有竞争力的丰富产品管线，覆盖恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、遗传病和疾病预防等多个领域。2021年7月，公司历时14年开发，用于罕见病甲型血友病治疗的首个国产重组凝血八因子产品（安佳因?）实现上市销售。2022年8月底，公司首个抗体药物暨首个抗肿瘤产品瑞帕妥单抗注射液（安平希?）获批上市。2022年12月、2023年3月，公司自主研发的重组新冠病毒2价（Alpha/Beta变异株）S三聚体蛋白疫苗SCTV01C（安诺能?2）及其迭代产品重组新冠病毒4价（Alpha/Beta/Delta/Omicron变异株）S三聚体蛋白疫苗SCTV01E（安诺能?4）先后经国家纳入紧急使用。 公司管理团队拥有丰富的生物药研发和生产经验。公司创始人谢良志博士在麻省理工学院攻读博士期间，成功地尝试了应用复杂、多变量和关联性的化学计量法控制的动物细胞流加培养工艺，1994年将抗体产量从50毫克/升提高到2,400毫克/升的领先水平，为抗体药物规模化生产奠定了重要的基础；2002年回国后，承担了多项国家“863”计划，国家“新药创制”重大专项课题；带领团队建立了国际一流的生物药研发和产业化技术平台，突破了一系列关键技术，攻克了重组凝血八因子、长效干扰素-β、14价HPV疫苗等高难度生物药生产工艺；公司副总经理王阳博士拥有20多年的疫苗和抗体药物研发和项目管理经验，曾主导宫颈癌疫苗的质量分析和质量标准建立工作，是国际知名的生物药质控专家。 公司位于北京经济技术开发区总部的生产基地均按照cGMP标准建设，其中一期项目已建成可实现商业化生产的12,000升原液生产线；二期项目首条原液生产线10,000升已建成并逐步投入使用，其余2条同等规模的原液生产线正在建设中。公司于2018年7月取得《药品生产许可证》，2022年5月底新增疫苗生产相关许可。 公司于2020年6月22日首次公开发行股票并在上海证券交易所科创板挂牌上市。
