Company Introduction 公司是一家立足智能电网领域，聚焦电力物联网建设，专业从事电气设备健康状态智能感知与诊断预警装置的研发、生产和销售，并提供电力相关技术服务的高新技术企业。电气设备在日常使用和运转过程中，由于受负荷、内部应力、磨损、腐蚀、绝缘老化等因素的影响，个别部位或整体会出现形态、组分和电气性能等方面发生改变的状况，此性能劣化现象将降低电气设备的可靠性，严重者甚至会造成重大灾害事故及惨重经济损失。由于常用的预防性试验和定期检修等模式具有较大的盲目性和强制性，因此建立一种在线的、实时的、连续的、智能的分析诊断系统，以实现对电气设备可能发生故障的及时准确预测，是有效保障电网安全稳定运行的关键，也是智能电网发展的必然历程。公司自主研发的电气设备智能感知与诊断预警装置，主要由智能传感器及数字化平台两部分构成。其中智能传感器可通过实时、动态、多维度的方式监测电气设备的机械性能、电气性能和热性能等状态量，跟踪各种劣化过程的发展状况，从而获取其运行质量的相关信息，实现电气设备的状态监测；数字化平台则运用算法、模型及评价体系对监测到的状态量进行分析，并做出科学的评估和预测，最终为电气设备的运行维护提供高效、精准的决策方案，实现电气设备的状态智能诊断及科学预警。经过多年的沉淀与积累，公司紧密结合电网数字化、网络化、智能化的发展趋势，已经形成了覆盖“输电、变电、配电”全链路及“高压、超高压、特高压”全电压等级的数十种系列产品，可为客户提供契合其需求的个性化综合解决方案，其中变电类电气设备智能感知与诊断预警装置是公司的核心优势产品。公司变电类产品主要应用于主网变电站内的变压器、电流互感器、GIS等核心设备及周边电气设备上；公司输电类产品主要应用于高压输电线路的电缆及架空线路上；公司配电类产品主要应用于配电网中的电气设备上。公司产品在电力公司作为立足智能电网领域、聚焦电力物联网的科技创新型企业，核心能力在于产品的设计与研发，竞争优势主要体现在初始的研发设计环节和后续的应用创新环节，通过对附加值最大环节的持续加大投入，公司储备了大量的核心技术，形成了较强的应用创新能力。公司首先会根据市场需求进行产品的研发与设计，然后向专业厂商采购原材料及部件，并进行后续的生产组装，最终通过销售实现产品的市场应用。在整个业务流程中，公司将决定产品质量性能最重要的、需通过公司核心技术实现的产品需求分析、系统方案设计、硬件电路设计、传感器与结构件设计、诊断评估相关算法及模型设计以及软件烧录等关键环节由公司自主完成。同时，由于电子元器件、PCB板、电线电缆等行业市场成熟度高且供应充分，因此公司向专业厂商采购，并将附加值不高的PCB板加工、电路板贴片及焊接等加工工序委托专业厂商完成。现阶段公司已形成了软、硬件方面优秀的研发设计能力和针对全链路、全电压等级电气设备健康状态感知与诊断预警的应用创新能力，公司产品应用功能丰富、运行质量稳定、诊断结果精准，从而形成良好的品牌与核心竞争力。
