Company Introduction 2007年5月28日，清远市工商行政管理局核发《企业名称预先核准通知书》（预核内字【2007】第0700037714号），核准该公司名称为：广东聚石化学股份有限公司。2007年5月30日，公司股东广州市石磐石阻燃材料有限公司、陈钢、杨正高、刘鹏辉、何燕岭、姜宏伟和周侃召开创立大会并签署《公司章程》，约定共同成立广东聚石化学股份有限公司，注册资本1,000.00万元，分两期缴足。第一期出资500.00万元，应于2007年5月31日缴纳。第二期出资500.00万元，应于2008年6月前缴纳。2007年6月8日，清远市工商行政管理局核发注册号为4418002000927号的《营业执照》，注册资本为1,000万。2008年7月4日，发行人聘请的验资机构出具《验资报告》（银粤验字【2008】14001号）验证，截至2008年6月16日，公司已收到股东缴纳的第二期注册资本人民币500.00万元，连同第1期出资，累计实缴注册资本为人民币1,000.00万元，均以货币出资。2020年4月7日，立信出具《验资专项复核报告》（信会师报字【2020】第ZL10139号），对上述《验资报告》予以复核确认。 公司的无卤阻燃剂符合国际 RoHS、 REACH、 WEEE 标准，阻燃和环保性能优越，主要应用于阻燃塑料、阻燃涂料等新材料领域，核心产品 EPFR-APP 系列（高聚合度聚磷酸铵）的综合性能指标达到国际同类产品的先进水平。公司的改性塑料产品广泛应用于节日灯饰、电子电器、电线电缆、汽车、医疗卫生等领域。其中，节日灯饰类改性塑料通过美国 UL 认证，并与力升集团、中裕电器（Wal-Mart 和 Costco 的供应链企业）等建立长期稳定合作关系；电子电器类改性塑料得到国内知名家电品牌美的、格兰仕的认可，公司 2018 年获评美的集团生活电器事业部“创新供应商”，2019 年获广东格兰仕集团有限公司“卓越贡献奖”；电线电缆类和汽车类改性塑料分别成功进入 Google、日产、大众、江淮、长城汽车等国内外知名企业的供应链体系；光学类改性塑料——PS扩散板，2019 年全年对应销量分别约占韩国三星电子和韩国 LGE 该类产品全球采购量的 15.00%和 45.00%，成为韩国三星电子和韩国 LGE 全球优秀合作伙伴。
