Company Introduction 中国天楹股份有限公司是以BOO、BOT方式投资、建设、运营城市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目，研发、生产、销售垃圾焚烧发电及环保成套设备。作为国内首家专注垃圾焚烧发电业务的上市企业，公司专注于城市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目以及环保设备生产制造，是江苏省十二五环保产业发展重点培育的龙头企业之一。 公司以创新引领发展、以高新技术攻关打造核心竞争力。在环保业务领域，公司形成了覆盖固废处理全产业链的自主核心技术体系。公司通过自主研发掌握了大吨位机械炉排炉、等离子熔融、智能机器人等关键核心技术，并根据业务发展需要推进各项技术的迭代升级，形成了从技术研发到项目应用的完整闭环，为“无废城市”建设提供系统化解决方案。同时，公司逐步加大对绿色甲醇、绿色甲烷、SAF等绿色氢基能源产品的研发投入，围绕风光储氢氨醇一体化产业生态的构建，聚焦智慧能源管理系统、生物质气化等关键或前沿技术的攻关和突破。截至本报告期末，公司已获得江苏省高新技术产品22项；公司共主编和参编国家标准10项，行业标准8项，地方标准10项，团体标准42项，发布企业标准92项；公司共获得授权专利735项（其中发明专利138项，实用新型564项，外观33项），软件著作登记103项。 公司始终贯彻“人才是推动企业发展的源动力”的人才发展观，注重专业人才与技能人才的集聚与培养，努力打造一支有理想守信念、懂技术会创新、敢担当讲奉献的人才队伍，为公司裂变式能级跃升提供强有力的人才支撑。截至报告期末，公司拥有技术人才超500名，国务院特殊津贴专家1名，国家科技部创新创业人才1名，国家启明计划1名，江苏省“双创计划”引进人才8名，双创博士1名，江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象4名，江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家2名，“226高层次人才培养工程”培养对象6名。在多年的发展过程中，公司形成了一支具备专业素养和运营能力的核心管理团队，团队成员拥有丰富的行业知识、专业的技术实力和高效的管理能力，熟悉全球市场及国际业务，对公司各业务环节的技术、业务模式及发展趋势等具有深刻理解，对公司的竞争定位和发展战略拥有清晰的思路，能很好地控制技术路线选择风险、投资风险、施工管理和工程质量控制等建设风险。公司自成立起就非常重视组织建设和人才培养，核心管理团队亦保持稳定，在企业运营管理过程中，形成了较为完善的组织架构体系，为公司的持续健康发展奠定了坚实的基础。
