Company Introduction 公司生产销售的主导产品为纯碱和氯化铵（合称“联碱”）。公司用联碱法生产纯碱和氯化铵，工艺流程框架为含有工业盐和氨的水溶液吸收二氧化碳，生成并过滤出碳酸氢钠固体再送往后续煅烧加热分解产生纯碱（碳酸钠）产品；过滤掉碳酸氢钠的溶液再吸收氨、添加溶解工业盐并降温，从溶液中析出含水氯化铵再进行烘干得到产品氯化铵；析出氯化铵后的溶液吸收氨后再重复前述吸收二氧化碳生产碳酸氢钠的工序，如此循环生产。公司主导产品纯碱是基础化工产品，下游重要用户有玻璃制造、洗涤剂合成、无机盐制造、冶金、食品制造等行业；氯化铵是氮肥的一种，在工业领域也可用于电池、电镀等领域。公司产品”红双环”牌纯碱为“湖北名牌产品”，在国际国内享有良好声誉和稳定客户群体，2021年双环科技被授予“高新技术企业”称号。
