Company Introduction 国元证券股份有限公司是由原安徽省国际信托投资公司和原安徽省信托投资公司作为主发起人，于2001年10月成立。2007年10月30日以股权分置改革为契机，公司借壳“北京化二”成功在深圳证券交易所上市。公司业务范围：证券经纪；证券投资咨询；与证券交易、证券投资活动有关的财务顾问；证券承销与保荐；证券自营；证券资产管理；融资融券；证券投资基金代销；代销金融产品；证券投资基金托管业务。目前公司拥有147家证券营业网点，遍布在全国四个直辖市，东部沿海所有发达省份及重点城市，中部所有省份的省会城市，西安、成都、贵阳、乌鲁木齐等部分西部省份的省会城市以及安徽省各地。公司全资拥有国元国际控股有限公司、国元股权投资有限公司、国元创新投资有限公司。主要控股和参股公司包括国元期货有限公司、长盛基金管理有限公司、安徽安元投资基金有限公司、安徽省股权服务有限责任公司、证通股份有限公司、中证信用增进股份有限公司和中证机构间报价系统股份有限公司，形成了牌照齐全、业务品种多元的综合金融服务平台。
