Company Introduction 中国航空工业集团有限公司（简称“航空工业集团”）是由中央管理的国有特大型企业，是国家授权的投资机构，于2008年11月6日由原中国航空工业第一、第二集团公司重组整合而成立。航空工业集团设有航空武器装备、军用运输类飞机、直升机、机载系统、通用航空、航空研究、飞行试验、航空供应链与军贸、专用装备、汽车零部件、资产管理、金融、工程建设等产业，下辖100余家成员单位，员工约40万人。 航空工业被形容为"现代工业之花"，是一个国家技术、经济、国防实力和工业化水平的重要标志。在过去的六十多年中，中国航空工业从小到大、从弱到强，形成了专业门类齐全，科研、试验、生产相配套，具备研制生产当代先进航空装备能力的高科技工业体系，发展了各类型、各种用途的飞机、发动机、导弹，开发了数千种民用产品和外贸产品，极大地推进了国防现代化建设进程，为国民经济发展和科技进步做出了重要贡献。 中航西安飞机工业集团股份有限公司（简称“中航西飞”，股票代码000768）隶属于航空工业集团。公司A股股票于1997年6月26日在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市，成为中国航空制造业首家上市公司。2020年12月，中航西飞完成重大资产置换，置入西安飞机工业（集团）有限责任公司、陕西飞机工业（集团）有限公司、天水飞机工业有限责任公司等飞机整机制造及维修资产，实现对大中型飞机整机制造资产的专业化整合。 中航西飞主要从事大中型飞机整机及航空零部件等航空产品的研制、批产、维修及服务，目前承担了C909、C919等国内外大中型民用飞机机体部件设计、制造、配套与服务，与欧洲空中客车公司、美国波音公司以及中国商用飞机有限责任公司、中航通用飞机有限责任公司等国内外知名航空公司拥有长期而稳定的合作关系。 公司坚定航空报国初心，笃行航空强国使命，以建设治理规范、业绩卓越的优秀上市公司为目标，不断推进自主创新和技术进步，提高产品质量和服务水平；以价值创造为核心，持续构建和完善运营管理体系，提升运营绩效水平；积极履行企业社会责任，维护客户、股东、员工和其他利益相关方权益，先后荣获“最受投资者尊重的100家上市公司”“最佳董事会”“第十四届金圆桌奖——董事会治理特别贡献奖”等荣誉，2017年至2024年信息披露考核连续八年被深圳证券交易所评为最高级别“A”级。
