| Company Introduction | 宁夏银星能源股份有限公司（以下简称银星能源）位于银川市经济技术开发区（西夏区六盘山西路166号），前身系吴忠仪表厂,始建于1959年，具有60余年机械制造历史。1998年在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市(股票代码：000862),控股股东是中铝宁夏能源集团有限公司。公司主营新能源发电、新能源装备制造及检修安装服务业务,公司注册资本7.06亿元。截至2019年12月末，资产总额93.53亿元，2019年产值14.75亿元。 新能源发电主要包括风力发电和太阳能光伏发电，建成投运发电装机容量146.68万千瓦，主要分布于宁夏境内及宁蒙边界区域的贺兰山、太阳山、牛首山、红寺堡、麻黄山、大水坑、阿拉善左旗、陕北冯地坑等12个风电场和孙家滩、银星一井、寺口子3个光伏电站。 新能源装备制造主要包括风机塔筒制造、风机总装、齿轮箱检修；拥有兆瓦级风电齿轮箱加载实验平台，已形成整机组装、塔筒制造及齿轮箱维修检测为一体的综合服务体系。 检修安装服务主要包括售后服务和风电场设计、建设及运营咨询服务，风电场和光伏电站大部件更换、运行维护、检修检测、吊装及工程建设，具有主流风机增速机和各类进口减速器维修能力，煤机设备检修。 近年，根据产业政策变化及市场发展趋势，银星能源调整优化资产结构，实施产业转型升级，综合盈利能力得到有效提升。未来，随着产业结构调整和发展，公司将坚持“发电为本提升检修优化制造效益为先协调发展”的战略目标，建成集新能源发电、装备制造、检修服务为一体，单位资产盈利能力强、产业互补性强、市场竞争力强的新能源上市公司。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
