Company Introduction 三湘印象股份有限公司（证券简称“三湘印象”、证券代码：000863），成立于1996年，总部位于上海。公司确立以“加快发展文化产业，稳步发展房地产业，推动两大产业协同发展”为发展战略，明确绿色科技地产与文化精品IP双向赋能的发展思路。 公司文化板块旗下观印象艺术发展有限公司是由张艺谋、王潮歌、樊跃三位导演联合设立。以打造“国内高端文化旅游演艺内容创制机构”为主航道，以“讲好中国故事、展示文化魅力、助推区域发展”为愿景，是国内文旅演出创作和版权运营机构之一，拥有“印象”“又见”“最忆”及“归来”等高端演艺品牌。旗下代表作有G20峰会文艺演出《最忆是杭州》、第一部山水实景演出《印象刘三姐》、第一部室内情景体验剧《又见平遥》、国家“一带一路”倡议下丝路文旅项目《又见敦煌》、海上丝路文旅项目《又见马六甲》和第一部漂移式多维体验剧《知音号》等。公司曾获首届文化部创新奖、中国十大演出盛世奖、中国实景演艺10强、中国独立剧场旅游演艺10强、国家文化产业示范基地等一系列荣誉。 作为国内绿色科技地产领军企业，公司坚持走“专业化、精细化、特色化、新颖化”的发展道路，具有房地产开发、建筑工程总承包、装饰施工3个国家一级资质和物业管理AAA级资质，为房地产开发企业信用等级AAA级企业和德国可持续建筑委员会（DGNB）成员，成功打造了影响力深远的“花城系列”“海尚系列”和“印象系列”等标准化产品体系，已逐步从“绿色科技建筑技术集成商”迭代升级为“绿色智能生活服务商”。公司旗下多个项目分别获评住建部“广厦奖”、国家“康居示范工程”、国家“优质工程奖”、中国“绿色建筑三星认证”、上海市建设工程“白玉兰”奖、上海市“优秀住宅金奖”等，成为国内绿建领域的“领航”级企业。其中三湘海尚福邸是上海市较早获得国家三星级绿色建筑运行标识的住宅项目。 近年来，公司积极发挥在文商旅类项目长期积淀的品牌优势，以“IP智造、IP衍生、IP运营”为实施路径，以科技赋能文化，构建IP生态系统，实现公司内容文化的全渠道渗透，进一步加速“文化+地产”双向赋能。 在经营发展过程中，公司始终坚持经济效益与社会效益两手抓的理念，把企业的社会责任放在十分重要的位置。至2020年底，公司已累计纳税约47亿元。2020年新冠疫情发生以来，公司主动为物业承租户减租缓租；积极资助贵州、内蒙古的扶贫和特教事业；举办公益阳台音乐会助力城市复苏。公司荣获上海市房地产协会颁发的“企业形象与社会贡献10强”并上榜中国“地产行业抗疫捐赠贡献榜”。 展望未来，公司将肩负“弘扬优秀传统文化，领航绿色科技地产，助推区域经济发展”的企业使命，不断深化产业赋能，持续创造更多经济价值和社会价值，驱动公司高质量、可持续发展。
