Company Introduction 华工科技产业股份有限公司（以下简称“华工科技”，股票代码000988）脱胎于中国知名学府——华中科技大学，是“中国激光第一股”、中国高校成果产业化的先行者。经过多年的技术、产品积淀，形成了以激光加工技术为重要支撑的智能制造装备业务、以信息通信技术为重要支撑的光联接、无线联接业务，以敏感电子技术为重要支撑的传感器业务格局，产业基地近2000亩。自1999年成立以来完成了从校办企业向创新型企业、国家高新技术企业的转变，从多元化业务向相对多元化转变，从国内市场向全球市场的转变，成为“代表国家竞争力”参与全球竞争的一支劲旅。2021年3月，公司完成校企分离改制，实际控制人由华中科技大学变更为武汉市国资委，开启系统成长、拓展战略空间新阶段。 公司以“创新联动美好世界”为使命，每年将不少于销售收入的5%投入研发，拥有20000多平米的研发、中试基地，在海外设有3个研发中心，与华中科技大学共建有激光加工国家工程研究中心、国家防伪工程研究中心、敏感陶瓷国家重点实验室，通过产学研用纽带，公司牵头制定国家“863”计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、十三五国家重大科技计划专项等50余项，牵头制定中国激光行业首个国际标准，获得国家科技进步奖3项。 近年来，公司积极向智能制造领域探索，助力机械制造、铁路机车、汽车工业、消费电子、钢铁冶金、通信网络等国民经济重要领域掀开转型升级新篇章，产品出口80多个国家和地区。 未来，华工科技将以“参与构建全联接、全感知、全智能世界，成为全球有影响力的科技企业”为目标，坚持“创新至上”，围绕“新基建、新材料、新能源、汽车新四化、工业数智化”开展协同创新，丰富产品链，完善产业链，深入拓展高端市场，打造高素质人才集聚高地，在以国内大循环为主，国际国内双循环相互促进的新发展格局中，拉长创新长板，催生更多的新技术、新产品、新方向，为制造强国战略贡献力量。
