Company Introduction 本公司前身为内蒙古大中矿业有限责任公司，成立于1999年10月29日。发行人是由大中有限整体变更方式设立的股份公司。2009年5月22日，众兴集团与梁宝东签订《发起人协议》。同日，大中有限召开2008年度暨整体变更设立股份有限公司的股东会，2009年5月24日，发起人召开创立大会。2009年5月24日，北京立信出具了京信验字（2009）006号《验资报告》，对全体股东以其所持大中有限的出资比例对应的净资产认购股份有限公司股份的情况进行审验，确认：截至2009年5月24日，已将大中有限截至2008年12月31日经审计的净资产92,281.60万元中的85,000万元按1：1的比例折合股本、1,332.25万元作为资本公积、5,949.35万元（按国家有关规定提取的安全生产费用、维简费等形成的专项储备）作为盈余公积。2009年5月29日，公司在巴彦淖尔市工商行政管理局办理工商登记，企业类型由有限责任公司变更为股份有限公司。取得变更后的企业法人营业执照91150800701444800H。 公司所在行业为黑色金属采选行业，主要从事铁矿石采选、铁精粉和球团的生产销售以及机制砂石的加工销售。2020年公司开采铁矿石527.72万吨，生产铁精粉236.13万吨。现有矿山规划扩建项目及安徽两矿建成达产后，铁矿石开采量将扩大到约1,500万吨/年，年产铁精粉约500万吨，可持续开采时间超过30年。 本公司被中国冶金矿山企业协会评定为“2019年中国冶金矿山企业50强企业”第17位；公司书记沟铁矿和东五份子铁矿先后被评为“第二批国家级绿色矿山试点单位”和“第四批国家级绿色矿山试点单位”，2020年1月，上述两矿被同时评为国家级绿色矿山。子公司金日盛矿业2016年被安徽省经济和信息化委员会授予“安徽省信息化与工业化融合示范企业”，被安徽省六安市经济和信息化委员会及六安市企业（企业家）联合会联合授予“2016年六安市50强企业”，被中共霍邱县委和霍邱县人民政府评为“2016年度十佳工业企业”，被中共安徽霍邱经济开发区党工委和安徽霍邱经济开发区管委会授予“2017年度发展工业和民营经济工作先进单位”。
